Bro if I find hair in my food again I’ll do my best to make sure somebody loose their job off the rip I knew something was wrong rushing me to make my order I say well done he asking me how much time I want the food to be done then will allow you to spend and extra 3/4 dollars for ranch without notifying it’s some already in the bag that’s trash and I’ll never come back 40 dollars down the drain for bs

Your everyday Wingstop experience! Loud, looks hectic but food ends up in the right mouths and taste excellent! Customer service was okay, poor cashier was a little overworked. The whole store did. Not sure if they're short on labor or just trying to save labor cost but I definitely would of had atleast 1 more employee working!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to the 3420 W Camp Wisdom Rd location and had one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at any business. The manager and team treated me with blatant disregard, speaking to me with an attitude that was not only dismissive but downright insulting.

This wasn’t just bad service—it was extreme disrespect. No customer should ever be made to feel like they don’t matter, especially by the people who are supposed to set the standard for service. After this type of interaction, I left questioning whether I could ever feel safe trusting my order at this location again.

Management clearly needs a wake-up call, because what I experienced was unacceptable. Until there’s accountability and change, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

I ordered wings online at 6:11 PM. I called to let them know I didn’t want seasoning on my fries bc they seem to always add the sugar to my fries which I hate. I was placed on hold and at 6:12 a young lady came to the phone and when I told her my name and number she replied that my food was ready. I got there and asked how was my food already ready if I had ordered it less than a minute prior to me calling. I was informed that bc it was slow the wings and fries were already dropped. My food was fresh as in not old however it was cold.

I called your store today to speak with the manager on duty regarding an order I had just placed through DoorDash, totaling over $40. The young lady who answered identified herself as the general manager, “Samantha.” Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was still speaking, she abruptly hung up on me.

I immediately called back and asked when the assistant manager would be in so I could speak with someone else. She stated there was no assistant manager. I then asked for the regional manager’s contact information, and she claimed there is no regional manager—only herself as the general manager.

As a regional manager for McDonald’s, I understand the importance of customer service and respectful communication. My general managers are trained to provide the highest level of professionalism. Based on my experience, this young lady did not meet those standards. If this is truly your general manager, I will be taking my business to another location moving forward.

So I love me some Wingstop, but I don’t know what they got going on on camp wisdom’s Wingstop. I know y’all just opened that new building but fry them extra hard ain’t gonna cut it. It takes away from what we’re trying to eat cause they fried so hard they feel burnt. I have gotten these the last couple times And I don’t know if the grease needs to be changed out, but they look a little darker than usual I don’t know but they fried away to hard.

I like this new location bc it’s close to my home. I have ordered here a lot and I have been given some one else’s order and didn’t notice till I got home. They did credit me my order with new order on them following visit. Today I kept calling to place order over the phone but I was being told please hold and prior to even get one word off place on hold. I pulled up and there was only two gentleman sitting on the bench waiting for order. So I called to see if I would be able to place my order since I had my baby NOPE HAHA please hold and proceeded to use her personal cell phone. I go in and Samantha the same person who was using her personal cell phone instead of taking order on phone took my order. I couldn’t understand her bc she speaks very low and mumbles her words. I spoke clear my order I get the same thing so I know the amount. After she handed my receipt I simply told her nicely that is incorrect and she snapped with attitude that’s why I asked you … I never understood anything she said and maybe if she would put her personal cellphone away at work and get rid of her attitude the order would of been correct. I told her my order again she still said back incorrect item I said calmly with no attitude yet again and she got very upset rolling eyes and making fun of me in kitchen crew. I told her no need to get upset about anything it’s not big deal to me and she is the one who is making the mistakes. I don’t think cellphones should be used in front of customers especially at restaurants with cross contamination and germs that’s bit disgusting but that is my opinion. Anyway Samantha was very unprofessional but horrible attitude and sits on personal phone and than goes into kitchen touching things without washing hands.
