Ordered online on the wing stop app only to get cold brunt fries and I'm only 3 minutes from this location. Called back in to speak to the manager and she offer me fries later on today or a credit for some more fries that's only good for 2 weeks. I order from this location a lot and to send someone cold fries is not acceptable, what if I was further than 3 minutes down the road. And the bad part is the manager tried to blame my cold fries on the driver.

Called in my order. Guy was nice had my order just like I wanted it. They did good with the cook of the chicken and the wet on the wings was great. Friendly staff will be going back because of the great customer service. Was debating on going because of some reviews but I guess they have made some changes and I got good service.

I was right in cashiers face and he put his AirPods in and immediately got on his phone. I said “excuse me??!” Idk if he’s like 16 or what but very unprofessional. Then they Forgot my FRIES! How do you forget fries at wingstop. And when I said something they didn’t even acknowledge it just took the bag… and when I finally got it back just handed me the fries… didn’t put meal back in bag or anything. I said “yall don’t apologize or nothing?” Andrew the cashier just walked away. Most unprofessional location.
