Good food, affordable prices and friendly staff. I had to wait a little longer than my scheduled time for pick up, but it was a Friday night and they were busy, so it’s understandable. Chicken was nice and juicy. Fries were seasoned well and hot.

Tonight’s order from wingstop was 10/10. The manager at the front was extremely nice and assured us everything was in our bag. Wingstop fries have never been perfect… until tonight. They were perfectly cooked and had just enough seasoning. Same goes for our boneless wings. Impeccable job to the workers this evening on 09/06. Great service and great food

My son and I stopped I here for lunch 9/1/25. I was expecting a regular WingStop experience. It wasn’t. The cashier and staff were incredibly friendly. They even carried out food to our table and asked if we needed anything else. Thanks for the perfect ending to a great trip with my son! Wing Stop for the win!!

excellent service! Ethan specifically was outstanding and demonstrated exceptional customer care. he was attentive, friendly, and remembered the extra ranch. i enjoyed this location on Lemmon more than the one on mockingbird and will return very soon because of the pleasant experience.

This was my second time at this location general manager Tyrone took my order when I called back to make a complaint about my order , not once did Tyrone apologize for messing up my order, in addition ice tea container was empty , music was loud, location was well staff but no team work from my standpoint,i asked Tyrone if another container was in the back with ice tea he said no , they only make one a day he said he was the store manager I was expecting him to be more professional.. I was highly disappointed, hopefully upper Management can correct this location staffing and actions...this location was not customer service friendly.

Every time I come to this location, the food is always mid, Wings are usually always dried out, lacking flavor. But the icing on the cake is the customer service. They need to have a general manager come in and teach him how to run a store again because they have no respect for customers.. Avoid this location and spend your money elsewhere at a restaurant that actually has good food and good service.

This is the second time where they told me the wait time will be 15-20min. Here I am 45 min later, and still nothing is ready. If they said 40min to begin with, ok cool no problem, but I had to send someone to get it and waste their time waiting for something they said that’ll be 15min Don’t waste your time here
