I have ordered to-go pickup from this location probably 3 or 4 times by now, and they haven't messed up my orders yet. My order has always been ready by the time the app says, even when it is crowded in the store, and my food is always still hot by the time I get back home.

Got sold expired ranch.. I called asked for a refund and they told me that can’t do anything about it and that they can give me a 5$ store credit for a 30$ order
I purchased the 20 of 20 wing meal. The wings were fried to hard, tasted old not fresh. The time I waited could have been better. Management presentation is a must in serving food. Train your staff on cooking the wings. I will try another wing stop to see the difference.

Orrible service, they never give what is ordered, they stole an order from Blue Cheese And they changed a flavor in the order, I do not know if they do it or because they do not know how to read the orders.
They forgot our fries and burned the tenders, don't go here

They changed their fries!! Now they're like everyone else's frozen fries & the seasoning doesn't help, it taste weird on these. GO BACK TO OLD FRIES, PLEASE

They are small like party wings and Louisiana run has NO RUB!! These wings are covered in a spiced sauce
I had got the garlic parmesan chicken tenders.Everything smelled fine and looked fine. When I ate it I was like “It’s not the best but maybe they’re having an off day. I had diarrhea 4 times and threw up. I will not be coming back.
My order was horrible, i ordered from UberEats the driver was awesome! She informed me that WingStop gave my order to another driver. She had to wait an extra 45 mins to received my order. When i got my order it was all the way wrong. They were missing 3 ranches and you know that ain’t cheap. They got my drinks wrong and my wings. On the box the ticket says half garlic parm n louisiana rub n what i got was plain ass wings. I called the store and they had me waiting on the line for 13 mins. Once i got a manager which was Jennifer she was no help. She stayed that the driver was the one who had other orders and suggested that she could’ve mess up my order when i was in contact with my driver the whole tine and she only had 1 order mines. We had to order from somewhere else n $63 down the drain. I am very disappointed. They need to do better. I hope Mike the store manager does something about his store n employees.

My whole order wasn’t fresh ! all of my wings were dry and old. Nobody ever answered the phone to accommodate me on my order and I wouldn’t recommend an animal to order food from this location!!!

The bad:
I called in and ordered a 15 piece bone in combo tonight, and requested all wings to be extra wet.
I requested plain fries, no salt or seasoning of any kind.
So I arrive and check my food before I leave because it’s just what I always do. I have them add extra sauce on my wings. Which was fine afterwards.
I check my fries. There’s salt and seasoning on them. They take them back and give me another basket of salted, seasoned fries. Finally after the 4th request to fix (I’m not exaggerating), they finally got the plain fries correct.
The worst part is this:
I paid $29 for this meal that used to cost $24 not even 18 months ago.
So, price hikes due to greed, and then you have employees who either can’t follow directions or just flat out don’t care.
Ownership will raise prices again soon probably and then continue to offer terrible service.
A slap in the face.
But then the other worst part of all of this, just after reading all of these other negative reviews, Wingstop (or the franchise owner) will not respond. They only respond if it’s a positive review.
Wingstop franchise owners and upper managers, take some pride and ownership in your establishment.

Worst service ever! I order food online and they sent it to another address I had to drive to store and then I had to repurchase my food to be able to get my order cause they said it was DoorDash fault and not there. Then my food took 15-20 minutes when people after me got their food first . The lady with the blonde different color hair was rude and the other little manager were no help at all. Just plain RUDE! Only good person was the cashier

The dasher left my food in the parking lot,do you really think, and i receive a text message, telling me the dasher keft your food in a safe place,do you really think that,this is not a safe or good food safty,i couldn't believe it

This location used to have higher standards than others in the area and has recently started utilizing the same skimping tactics. Barely any sauce on the wings. Having zero seasoning on fries/corn when extra seasoning was requested. Boneless wings the size of a quarter.
Pickup order was ready on time and staff are fine.
