They unfortunately gave us the wrong order but immediately fixed it and gave amazing customer service the entire time. I didn’t get her name but I believe she was a manager and she had piercings. She was very helpful. The food was delicious as always.

The music hear was extremely loud, I couldn't hear the cashier as I was taking my order. My order came out wrong and when I asked to speak with the manager, Derrick he was rude and obnoxious. I waited an additional 30 minutes to get my correct order. I will never purchase from this wingstop again if this is how a paying customer is treated. He prioritized me last.

The manager Derrick Todd had an abusive, horrible attitude towards customers and his staff I hope corporate management looks into firing him because of his attitude not a place to eat and enjoy the games. Usually love going to that store but I will never go there again until they change management

I actually thought it’s gon be fried chicken before I realized they’re roasted. The favour…is southern? I wouldn’t comment on the flavor cuz I’m not familiar with how they are supposed to taste like. But the texture of the sandwich chicken was a little weird, didn’t expect chicken to be this “bouncy” in my mouth. Feels artificial.

I have ordered to-go pickup from this location probably 3 or 4 times by now, and they haven't messed up my orders yet. My order has always been ready by the time the app says, even when it is crowded in the store, and my food is always still hot by the time I get back home.

Got sold expired ranch.. I called asked for a refund and they told me that can’t do anything about it and that they can give me a 5$ store credit for a 30$ order

I purchased the 20 of 20 wing meal. The wings were fried to hard, tasted old not fresh. The time I waited could have been better. Management presentation is a must in serving food. Train your staff on cooking the wings. I will try another wing stop to see the difference.
Orrible service, they never give what is ordered, they stole an order from Blue Cheese And they changed a flavor in the order, I do not know if they do it or because they do not know how to read the orders.

I had got the garlic parmesan chicken tenders.Everything smelled fine and looked fine. When I ate it I was like “It’s not the best but maybe they’re having an off day. I had diarrhea 4 times and threw up. I will not be coming back.
