The only complaint I have is that they have changed their menu drastically but don't have any prices on the menu, so you have to ask prices which shouldn't be or get the surprise when they total your order! The takeout menus don't have prices on them either. 😕 I was very disappointed with their wings and the service! The manager even said very hateful we don't give a discount to anyone. I told her that I would NOT return because they don't honor the military, 1stloop responders or seniors! I won't support or waste my hard earned money with a business like that and they are outrageously high for what you get! I had to give a star to be able to post but they don't deserve that I would give a minus 10

I ordered the spicy lemon pepper wings. Picked up the order and went home just to find out they gave me buffalo wings. After going back and telling them they sprinkled some lemon pepper. Is this how spicy lemon pepper wings are supposed to look like? Absolutely unacceptable.

Pure chaos! A lot of people and no one doing anything or in their phones. My order was never delivered, no one answers the phone and when I got to the store, they said that my order was most likely stolen and because they use doordash for their deliveries, it’s not on them and that’s it, no solution, no order replacement, no refund.

The food was fresh. My order was timely also. I don't know why the reviews are bad. I never have an issue. I come here a couple times a week. I would recommend.

Damn. Ordered Louisiana Rub bone in, all the wings were basically flavorless because all the seasoning had run off in the giant greasepool in the bottom of the box. This happens everytime we order from a Carrollton area location. However, I know the wings are supposed to be better than they are, because all of the Lewisville/Flower Mound location's wings are amazing and do not have this greasepool/no seasoning problem. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

Wish there was a choice for zero stars! DO NOT order Door Dash! Food was 4 minutes away and canceled but I was billed full price. Called 8x with no answer or response. Not a single phone call or text before canceling and I was billed!
