It puts me in shock to think that companies like this actually make profit and keep business. The service is one of the most despicable things I have ever had to witness. Wingstop is an embarrassment to the fast food restaurant industry.

Again I made a purchase for someone else but I did order fries which l thought were sweet potato fries because they were so overcooked….and due to poor temperature in the past I have purchased a food thermometer….had l had it with Me My order would have failed….not being disappointed in being disappointed didn’t have time to have it corrected….due to the fact it was a gift order l didn’t/don’t have the receipt information…. I have given survey information nothing has changed….I’ve even not visited for some time….again nothing has changed….I’ll wait longer or just go to a competitor

Yes this is the second time I’ve lost lost money. I ordered for a delivery. Waited an hour and half. To get told my order was cancelled by door dash. So I call the store #1792. To get told take it up with door dash on my refund. So they tell me after $37.11 dollars I only get a $22.98 refund. So somebody owes me still over $15.00.

Can't give 0 stars, but 0 is definitely what they deserve. Ordered food via phone, got there to pick up, PAID, and THEN was told they don't have anymore chicken. Workers didn't know how to work the phone to call me and let me know before I drove out to pick up my order. Manager next day was dismissive, no apology was given. Just told me if I got a refund that's all he cared about.

Horrible service in Hampton Virginia at Coliseum Place. The workers as well as the manager was very unprofessional. My family and I were told that we could only do online ordering inside the restaurant. We did as requested and waited well over an hour to get food. One of the employees refused to put on gloves for safety precautions with the food. They posted a sign about the online ordering but never made me or other patrons aware that drinks were also not available. I spent $57 and that included $8 in drinks I would never receive. After waiting so long, I requested that my order be canceled, and I asked for a manager. The manager took his time coming to speak to me. He made many excuses about just starting at that location and how wrong everything was there. However, he never apologized about the wait and the lack of service and products. When I asked for a refund, he bluntly told me that I could not get a refund and pointed to the poster with the corporate office information. He told me to take it up with them. Several customers started complaining as well as several DoorDash employees. He called the police after everyone was asking for a refund. The employees in the kitchen started laughing and taunting the dissatisfied customers. The manager did not stop the behavior. One of the guys made the food even after I said I was canceling my order. It was cold and the order was wrong. I paid for the 24 wings meal and received 8 cold wings, no drinks and only 1 order of fries. I was too disgusted and at a loss for words. I would like for my $57 to be refunded. I have pictures and recordings of the account I described. This was my first visit to Hampton Virginia, and I can honestly say I will never return to Wing Stop.

TERRIBLE wings! Terrible customer service. They have gotten terrible with their product. Tiny, tiny pieces. They obviously fry them the same amount of time because these tiny pieces are dry and not tasty at all. I called a few times and talked to the manager. She stated that they come in mixed with mostly small pieces, with a few larger wings. I asked for the larger as the tiny small ones are terrible and not worth it. This is what we have gotten the last several months, very small pieces. I did the survey; received a call where he left a message, but never heard back from him. I called back leaving four messages. But they sent me a $10 gift card in the mail. Not what I wanted. I called their corporate office customer service and what a joke. She muted me or something with no response after I told her why I was calling, then 12 minutes later music came on. Now 17 minutes later, still no one on the phone. 21 minutes later, click. I was hung up on. Wow. What a joke. I wanted someone to hear me. Wingstop has gone downhill. Very sad.

Ordene 30 wing combo pay like 50 dollar pick up that rong order when back talk to that owner refuse to make my righ order because my kids eat 6 wing he was hungry a tell him to reduce that 6 wing out of my 30 still refuse to make my order righ and refund my money or give mea phone number to call to get my money back he tells me to goggle that number pr corpored number because that was hes store and ne didn't no how can a get my money back because a order on line. He make me feel so embarrassing in front at all that people that costumer even tell me there was sorry ? a will never go back to that store again no costumer service at all or hospitalityPeople like that don't deserve to own a business

Tried going for lunch today. Not only was the dining room still closed due to Covid, the prices had gone up so high that it wasn't feasible to eat. Staff said recent price increase of $2 per combo. A 10 piece combo was going to be almost $18. Nope, I'm out on that. I hate it also because I love me some Wingstop.Only reason for 2 stars is because the staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Very very unprofessional I have a 5:00 meeting with general manager at the Pleasanton location is now 5:25 they have no idea where this guy is doesn't say anything doesn't show up if this is what you have running your business God help you God help us all

I order online, and it told me 15 minutes. I got there a bout 20 minutes later and there was already a group of angry customers. I asked for my order and was told it would be a while. It has been almost an hour and I still have no food. They cant even tell me how much longer I have to wait. And I cant get a refund. I will never order here again.
