Slow as heck. Had to wait 20 min for my food after ordering it ahead and getting there 10m after I ordered it. They said it would be 10 more min. Was more like 20m. Had them cancel it because I could not wait any longer as my break had ended by that time.
I walk in and this lady at the front is taking someone else’s order so of course I wait other people proceed to come in and she’s taking care of them whole time I’m waiting. I place my order and then she’s typing something up on her phone and doesn’t even set up the payment for me to swipe so I have to tell her. I’m waiting over 15 minutes for my food now so I get up and notice of course people are waiting for her at the front. I see people that have just walked in 5 min ago getting their food all while I’m sitting here waiting for her to call my name. Nothing. I’m in lunch do you think I can wait around for you to finish your chores and help everyone else? No. smh do better.
