Workers lie about chicken sandwich not coming with a dipping sauce. Wingstop’s own website states the sandwich “comes with pickles, in your choice of flavor, and 1 dip”. The photos on the restaurant menu clearly show a dipping sauce provided. My sandwich also was served without pickles as they were “out”. The manager gave me a sauce to make up for the missing pickles, but still told me that the sauce should cost extra. The sandwich was fine but business practices are bad.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast between flights. They were fast and super friendly. On top of that both breakfast biscuits we got were delicious. Reasonable as well especially for the airport.

If you’re looking to get your typical wing stop food, don’t come to this location. The boneless wings were extremely small compared to other locations. The fries were not your typical wing stop fries, they were McDonalds style fries with no seasoning. I requested a refund for the fries because I expected to get the fries wingstop is known for. The manager gave me no issues for this request which I appreciated. This location also does not offer a place to sit.

All wings and burgers are too oily and lack of taste. They forgot my beverage and insisted I need to show him the receipt, but the order machine was out of paper. Finally I found the receipt through email. And they still refused to give me the sources i ordered. A horrible experience.

Just what my wife and I needed was a flavored chicken sandwich with fries and ice tea. Staff at the register was friendly and helpful. Another staff friendly lady was so warm and kind to ask questions and made me feel welcome. We did enjoy the food after landing here at Dallas-Fortworth Airport. Wish there was a sitting place to eat and relax.
They expect you to pay an extra $3+ for 2 ranches because they claim you $20 wings don’t come with them. Avoid this cheap business and their mediocre wings and maybe they’ll replace it with something better

I tried the mild chicken sandwich. It was the first time I have tried it. I typically go to Wingstop only for wings which I like. The chicken sandwich had much to be desired. It was a thin and flat chicken patty, unlike the picture they showed at the restaurant of a thick and juicy chicken patty. They also toasted the bun to try to cover up the fact that it was stale. Come on Wingstop, do better. Especially for travelers in terminal B at the Dallas airport. The service was fine but the food wasn't.

The team working this morning around 7am were amazing! Very fresh breakfast sandwich, so much better than anything nearby. And they’re the nicest! They even helped me get my broken zipper fixed :) Thanks everyone

I’m a regular customer of wingstop, and I’ve never in my life had wings and fries that were so bland. There was hardly any seasoning on my food, both wings and fries! (I ordered Louisiana rub wings and fries) highly disappointed to have to pay so much money for food that just tasted like oil.
