I placed an order online for me and my son. My order for myself was a 10 wing bone in with a drink and order do corn and my son order was a 10 boneless combo with a large drink. My bone in order should have been 5 flats and 5 drums. They gave me 9 drums and I flat. I messed up because usually I order all flats but I forgot to hit to button for flats. I called and spoke to I think Sara. I pacifically asked her when you get a 10 piece bone in how should it come? Sara, words were 5 flats and 5 drums! I asked her why I didn’t come like that?? I asked her for the general manager name and she stated I am the general manager. I asked her for the cooks name and she stated she couldn’t give me the cooks name. She offered me a credit on 4 flats next time I come back and I took her I will not be coming back. Very disappointed in my food from this location. I had to toss out my food because the 5 mild didn’t have any flavor and the 5 lemon pepper was too salty!! Never again will I get food from this location!! The only thing I ended up eating was the corn

They take 20+ minutes to get a delivery order done even when they have zero customers in the dining room. They are terrible for food delivery drivers in having on time orders. I hate going there.

Don’t plan on dining in after 10pm. The lobby and bathrooms are shut down. Another man came in around the same time I didn’t and the wouldn’t like the dude wash his hands before he ate. This is insane. If I get the late night cravings I’ll be sure not to visit this location.
Wing stop closes at 12am I arrived around 10:50pm. Ordered my food then went back to my car. Went back in the store and tried to wash my hands before getting my food. The employee blocked the bathroom entrance with tables and chairs. I asked could I wash my hands before I eat and the woman at the front counter said it’s closed because they had a homeless person fall asleep in the bathroom recently so they can let anyone use the bathroom after 11pm. I said lady I just got off work, I’m dressed in a polo and kakis. Does it look like I’m homeless, do it look like I want to go to sleep in your bathroom? With Covid happening only a couple years ago, you should understand why a person would want to wash their hands before they eat finger food. I was hungry as hell but demanded my money back. If I can’t use the bathroom at a restaurant I visit at least twice a week I don’t want to spend my money there. The lady caught an attitude refused to give me her name and refused to give me paper and a pen to write with. I will definitely be calling corporate office in the morning.

Went here cause they had good reviews and was hoping I could get the same experience. Unfortunately I didn’t and regret going here. My 4 year old son was thirsty as we just stopped in to get his mom some food for work so I wasn’t getting him anything and he wanted water not soda. So I then asked the cashier for a cup for water and he proceeded to tell me that they don’t do that. So I then had to buy a drink cup just for water!! This is the only place I have ever been that doesn’t offer a free water cup or a cheap water cup! Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me I had purchased food it wasn’t like I was asking for a hand out!!

There was this cashier with glasses eating in front of the customers and licking her fingers not washing her hands and the cook told her she's not supposed to be eating up front bc their manager said they can't and the other cashier Jocelyn said well do you see her here no right.
This is disrespectful 👎🏻 Wingstop needs to train their employees right and they need to learn to respect their elders this is unacceptable and unprofessional. Your more than welcome to check yar cameras and see her eating up front disgusting.

I've been going to this location for 2 years now and I feel like they put effort into cooking the food. My order is good 90% of the time. Hope the employee read this and keep up the good work!
