One of the worst Wingstop in Dallas. I wish I could give zero stars to this Mockingbird location because both the employees and the food are terrible. I ordered a few times from this location and they always mess up my order. I end up with missing fries, or plain wings with no lemon pepper, dry with very little sauce, or old dark fries. And the employees are all very unprofessional and rude, they'll hang up the phone if you call to complaint and always say a manager is not available. I submitted multiple complaints regarding my orders and not once has a manager called me back. Just the worst place to order from and it really shouldn't be called a Wingstop it gives the franchise a bad reputation.

Do not go to this WingStop ! Very disrespectful staff! Walked in with my family to make a to go order and they were really rude trying to rush me telling me they didn’t have certain things just because they were about to close they started kicking us out. The employee taking our order was antsy and moving very quickly as if he was on drugs getting aggravated and cussing. My wife asked to speak to a manager and they said they didn’t have one we asked for a phone number. They said they don’t give that information.

Normally my favorite location...However, don't go on the later side. My poor review is from my experience tonight 5/16. I tried calling on my way because I knew it would be close to closing time at 11, but my call was sent to a busy line repeatedly. So when I went in about 20 minutes before they closed, the young man at the counter told me they don't answer the phones "after a certain time" and that because they were closing soon, we could not place orders. Very weird to have closing listed at 11PM and stopping service at 10:30...So beware of this location for any late night bites!

The manager was laughing at me while he was telling me that he threw my wings in the trash and that it would be 7 days for my refund because he didn't want to help me .. I was getting lunch for me and my co worker we can't leave the front desk and was working all day and was really excited for our food ..but now I'm never coming to wing stop ever again...
