I have been a customer for YEARS but these last few times I have ordered the service has been TERRIBLE! The wings are missing sauce, some were not even cooked well! And what can we say about the service, all the guys back in the kitchen talking and if it's not because you talk to them they DO NOT come closer! IT REALLY IS A TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Delivery was right on time! We enjoyed three different fling sauces. The food was hot and delicious. Best wings I have ever had delivered.

Very disappointed with Wingstop. I made an online order but called right away when we noticed we order the wrong number of wings. Young lady answers and says she can’t change order and suggested to cancel the order. Later I’m told that refund with be up to 72 hrs. I call back ask for manager I think he said his name was John and I don’t know if his monotone or sounded annoyed with my call. He explained the online order process but had no alternative or answer he just told me money will be refunded 72 hours. Now we have no money or wings and it was just a disappointed transaction.Just advice here …. Order straight from the restaurant so management can actually do something about the order per management.

The female manager is not properly trained, didn't know how to issue a REFUND!! I ordered all "flats", instead, got 4 drums and 2 flats. Also, fries over-cooked (crispy). Had to go back the next day so that her manager could issue refund as he was not pleasant, and also did not apologize for the inconvenience.

Had such a lovely experience at this Wingstop! The food was packaged so that it wouldn’t spill, and we had a large order for my ministry! Also the manager Mr.Gary is a delight! His hospitality, professionalism, and joy will be the reason why I return! Also the food was good!
