Edited Review: Ordered through UberEats for DinosaurPlayzGames and my food was great but fries a little bit too salty. Next time work on the amount of seasoning put on the fries ya'll put a tiny bit too much they were hot but too salty 🧂 😅 😐. Boneless wings were super good. I like THE BBQ but you did make this Dinosaur hungry for more wings and know who I can order dinosaur wings from. Next time I will order enough to feed a T-rex. You only fed a dakotaraptor with that 10pc wings. But I got the hunger of a T-rex so be prepared when I order 200 wings all my favorite flavors. The lemon pepper is my second choice but I ordered the BBQ wings and it was delicious 😋 👌 will probably order again sometime within time. You did not however put napkins in the bag for a messy dinosaur like myself and one ketchup which is fine but the main thing I needed with my wings were the napkins. Other than that you did Excellent so I raise my review from a 4 out of five on how well you fed this hungry dinosaur to a 5 now. Just be ready when I order more from you Wingstop 😌 but my fries better not be too salty or I will come up there myself and Roar my mighty t-rex Roar at you and smack my tail on your building. So far the best experience I've had downtown outside of going to get food I've been living in downtown area for 2 months and I come every other day, I pretty much feel like I'm family at this point I've met all the ladies and the guys that work there I'm from Oklahoma so it makes me feel welcome to come in with a smile and the food is on point every time, Carlos,Tarla, Kylie,Sonia ,Ty I make it a point introduce myself when I'm going to a new establishment or seeing someone unfamiliar thank you for making me feel comfortable and taking the time to serve my special needs.Im a Army Vet

The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

I had a great experience at this Wingstop location. The service was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and really made me feel welcome. I spun a prize wheel, and I ended up winning free fries, which was a fun surprise!
The food was well-seasoned, hot, and absolutely delicious. Everything came out fresh, and the flavors were on point. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!
They changed vendors or something with the chicken wings we used to eat them every week i gave them 2 more opportunities, and there were the same really nasty and full of fat and skin in each bite this location is in deer park tx and center street

Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page.
I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.
