Very bad service, the food arrives cold and the workers are not friendly to answer, horrible, the service always says 10 minutes and waits more than 25 minutes

First of far most the food was cold very very cold felt like it was left out for hours, when I told the shift lead Dominque she wanted to get smart mouth with me and was using racial slurs towards me calling me a wetback and I highly don’t recommend coming to this store even for being around the Hispanic community - Christiana Wynn-Cruz

Never going here AGAIN id rather drive another 30 minutes to a different Wingstop. We picked up our order and we didn’t realize we got HALF our order until getting home. We then called to make sure we didn’t leave any then they said no that the guy gave us all three of the bags like we didn’t know we received three. We then told them half our order was missing and they said they couldn’t do anything unless we brought all the food back. Mind you my family was already eating the food because we were hungry HELLO? But we still took it anyway because we didn’t just pay the full price for half the food. We arrived to Wingstop, showed them, AND GAVE US ONLY WHAT WAS Missing. By the time we got back our other half was COLD. Not to mention but ALSO they always give out more crumbs then fries.

I placed my order at 5:30pm and they gave me the time to pick up my order at 6:23pm and after the confirmed time it took another 45mnts to give me my order.
I did not ask for my refund so I could know if what many say about the time it takes is true.
I'm not a fan of wings, and with this mediocre service from these kids that they put to work here, I will never go back.
They treat it as if you come to ask them on credit.
I don't know why people like these fried bones so much and the place fills up, they like to be treated badly.

This place sucks all the way around especially the online ordering will not be coming back here. Will start going to Buffalo wild wings this place. Lost my business for sure. Now been coming here for a long time not no more.

They said it would take 15 minutes, I waited 20 and asked, they told me that my order would come out in 4 minutes, it took 15 more minutes and the potatoes were cold. I won't go to that branch again.

Everything was perfect he food, the people, the experience. But I start eating my food I open a ranch and I see mold in the ranch and I don’t eat it and throw it away
