Went in to place a small Togo order while I waited on my staples order and the lady had her back turned and was conversating with the cook and I was the only one in there, it was slow and he was cooking. Her conversation was more important. Once she finally asked me if I was picking up and I said no placing, she said one moment and turned back around. I left because I'm like just take the order and you can continue your conversation or whatever. It was rude and didn't make sense to me. I see this location doesn't have good reviews about the service or the food so glad I left.

No complaints simple no head aches in and out food was 💯

did a mobile order went to pick it up they told me it wasn’t ready i waited a hour went to go ask , gaved me a attitude my order was jus sitting there , my food was all cold ask them nicely if they can re make my order they straight up told me no , just left i get home i’m missing a box of wings and all my ranches . workers in there need to be re trained. never again going back

EVERYTIME I come to this location, there’s a problem. The customer service is hit or miss and the managers are not helpful at all. I called them about a 20 piece order that I made that was incorrect- wasn’t fresh, tasted bad and they gave me the wrong food. They told me that I would get a refund, I called three different days. The supervisor was never available and I never got a refund. Just go to a different location!

Horrible, horrible, I don't understand why they don't take the proper time to prepare them properly, no sauce, and they taste like they were just taken out of water, cooked. How really bad because I don't think you would like it. Why don't you buy food and get something like that? If you don't like your job, simply leave it, find another one that you like and do it with pleasure.

worst Wing Stop ever they never have ice this is the Second time me and my Husband come to here to eat and they never have ice it’s so ridiculous

Order it online, as for wings well done got the buffalo ranch fries. Food was really good, wings were crispy on the outside tender on the inside. Restaurant was not crowded beverage area was a little messy but otherwise very clean

Customer Service needs improvement

Save the money for another place to eat. The new staff is rude and slow. I placed a small order Friday night said 15 to 20 minutes it took almost 40. When we got the order fries were cold. Sent my husband right back in after I had checked them to get fresh fries. I could see girl to make a mocking face to the crew guy she was busy flirting with that shift. Turns around fake smile to my husband and hands him new batch of fries. I'm watching from car and upset we wasted money on wings at all. We weren't rude or impatient so I'm not at all impressed with the new crew working there. It was slow for a Friday night so I get why half of them working are texting on the phones while working just wanted the food I paid for to be fresh.
