I love coming to this Wingstop, everyone is always so nice and they always get my order correct and it’s always fresh. The woman up front Katrina was so nice and helpful, she was very friendly and is always smiling.

Today I experienced my first ever racist encounter at this location. The cashier, Dominique, unsealed my bag and reached her dirty hands into my bag. I was waiting for about 15 minutes and not once did she do that to any other customer which were all non-black. The audacity of Dominique to unseal my order and feel the need to reach her hands into my food is highly unacceptable. She literally picked the only black customer to do this to, and I am disgusted.

Its like someone is forcing the employees to work here. Why work in this type of industry if you know your patience is very low. You call them and they pick up and hang up on you. And to your surprise when you get your order its very cold and stale. Wow do better.

I went in today to order. Getting my food took a little longer than excepted but that can be understandable. What made me uncomfortable and disgusted was constantly seeing the employee “Connie” eating while taking orders. The whole time I was eating she was as well at the register and would lick her fingers or scrub on her clothes. I asked for item and she didn’t even wash her hands before handing it to me. Very unhygienic and disturbing.

Now normally i am one to always have a complaint and i’ve had bad encounters with my food here before, normally i dispute charges but this one i will let slide ! this meal came fresh i ordered it through delivery it came within 20 mins unlike uber eats usually takes 40 mins max. Food was fresh, bag was still hot food was all the way cooked. They definitely got on my good side today ! W food W eats i am very satisfied i’m rubbing my feet together as i type. guess it depends on who’s in the kitchen and what time u order
