Excuse me how do you have a whole telephone number attached to your business that you don’t pick up? It’s ridiculous! I’m calling trying to make adjustments to my order as the app is not showing what I need and the phone for this store just keeps ringing. Do not add a number on goggle if you don’t want customers to call!

The absolute worst experience for a wingstop. Extremely disappointed the food was not tasty and overcooked (hard burnt fries)! Wingstop management needs to step in asap not a good look. Next time I'll go to Twin Peaks considering the cost!

Quality of food here has somehow gone down. I don't understand why because there are so many wingstops that are great. Maybe the people in the kitchen just don't care

This has by far been the worst service from start to finish. My order was incorrect, and when I called to report missing items, my call was transferred multiple times. I eventually spoke with someone named Pedro, who claimed to be the manager. Not only was he unhelpful and rude, but he also hung up on me. It was a pathetic and terrible experience.

Extremely long waits. This is my second time visiting this location, and both times food took far too long. Was quoted 20 minutes and was well over one hour before II had them refund my card and I left. I will NEVER go back to this location again. Seriously disorganized and understaffed.customers waiting for food are furious, and the phone is dining off the hook not being answered. Please help your crew in this location.

Very bad service, I went to buy food and waited 30 minutes. I work in a restaurant and the maximum time is 15 minutes that was really bad

Tried getting some food for about 30 dollars for my wife late at night after a late shift at work. I had ordered about an hour in advance for pick up. I had to wait almost 2 hours for my food which was undercooked... and they promised to give me a credit for the meal since i had to wait so long. Today i tried to redeem the credit and give this location another chance and they said there was no credit available. I didnt waste anymore time there. My wife is a sweet heart and was talked nasty to at this location as well for waiting for her food in the lobby. So disappointed..

We order wingstop about once a week and this used to be the most reliable in the area in terms of quality. It has gone down a lot the last several trips.

one recent trip my gf got hot honey (normal item we order) and they were just completely wet when we opened them at home, like the wet hot honey mix was partially mixed in with 2 parts cooking oil.
Our last visit we placed an order at 8:30 ; pickup time was 9 . Get there at 9 they say 10 minutes; no problem. Come back in 10 minutes later and repeat the process 2 more times ; finally get the food around 9:40; get in the car and fries are soft , cold and no seasoning . (Ordered extra seasoning and extra crispy) as if they were when they first got the ticket and left them in the bag untill the wings were done 40+ minutes later (scant explain the lack of seasoning)

Last comment is that they got rid of the diy soda machines they are known for (at no fault to the restaurant since all the wings tops have gotten rid of them and replaced them with machine that looks 20 years old (more a corporate complaint then franchise because they can’t control that)

1 cook, 1 cashier, and 1 lazy manager (curly red hair male) sitting down letting his two person team struggle. I placed an online order an hour in advance and waited 10 minutes for fries upon arriving. Will happily make the commute to a location further away.

Walked in expecting to wait as it was dinner time. Placed my order just so they can prioritize online orders. Waited over an hour and still had things missing. No kind of structure to execute a rush hour. Save time and just order online.
