Liliana is the WORST employee you have. We eat at this location no less than once a month for the last three years. If never fails when she is on duty our order is ALWAYS jacked up! I have watched her overcook our wings, give us the wrong order, and waste ranch in the bag multiple times. She is reckless and a hazard to continuous improvement, profitability, and sustainability. I’ve complained to three managers, the man who passed away, Serena, and Kevin. I don’t know how she is still employed. I’ve witnessed her mess up other people’s orders no less than four times. Whenever she isn’t there the food and service is great! Today the food and service was excellent and Liliana was no where to be found.

I made a large order this last Friday and went to pick it up. It was in one very large bag that was folded over once at the top. The bag seemed stable but about five minutes into driving it tipped over and I quickly grabbed it and put it back. I didn’t realize that the two large orders of fries I ordered were in the very top and they were not in bags or boxes. They were just freely on top. So they all fell out of the bag. Don’t you think you should put your food items in a container especially if the bag is filled to the brim? Why would you put a food item completely open at the very top? Anyway, we then had no fries and fries were all over my car. Seriously, when one orders take away, put the food in a container.

Love this location, it's never super busy for dine in, but they are kept busy so the food is always fresh!Recommend the lemon pepper, regular hot, honey barbecue. The Mango Habenaro is good, but can be a little syrupy.Bathrooms are always clean as well, staff is super friendly and accommodating.

I went to this location today and the fries were good I g9t 2 6 piece boneless combos and one was plain one was mild and only one was meant to be mild I myself prefer plain and I t9ld the lady plain then on the second mild and yet I open the b9xes and they are both mild I don't 0refer spicy I hate spicy s0 thank you wingstop for ruining my dinner thankfully my guest enjoyed hers but I'm the one that bought it and I couldn't fully enjoy mine that's very wrong I expect them to rectify the situation if my food is unedible

Shoutout to Jay and the staff working around 8 PM 9/3. Uber Eats (ugh) somehow had a driver pick up my original order and left with it, without delivering to my home. I called WingStop and they helped me reorder and ensured my new order was prepared right and got to the correct Uber driver. Thank you guys! :)

If the OWNER of this franchise is reading this message, I hope you will please take action against NOHEMI one of the most rudest GM's a fast food chain could possibly have. I just left this location Sept 4th at 5:05pm and this manager on duty was the most rude, tacky and unprofessional. I refuse to believe she is a general manager. I won't go into details of what all just took place because I'm going to save it for my formal complaint. But I will say I'm a professional that has four businesses in the DFW area and I have trained my employees on customer service and how to represent me in my establishments when I'm not present and today NOHEMI fell short in every way. I will be posting my complaint on all my social media platforms and I will start here. NOHEMI needs training and moving forward NOHEMI you should never tell a customer you can't prepare their food in the way in which they ask! Pride yourself on customer service, that is how you hold your job and keep a food chain in business!!! If a customer is paying their money for their food how dare you tell them how you will not prepare their food!
