Called in an order because the website wasn't working at the time, but the girl who took our order had a terrible attitude and needed the order repeated to her 4 times because she kept repeating back the wrong thing. Have called twice today trying to place an order with no answer. What a shame, my entire office was wanting wings. What ever happened to answering the phone by the second ring? This location isn't the best of quality anyways and my last experience was less than memorable.

Wings were well undercooked and actually asked for the Wings to be cooked well done not the fries and it was the opposite fries were burnt and Wings almost raw...but cashiers were polite and I did enjoy the music during the 20min wait.
Tenders were good, but the wings were cooked entirely too hard and dry.

Do NOT order from here for delivery if you actually want to ever get your food. They outsource their deliveries to DoorDash and I received a notification it got delivered and I never got my food. Call the restaurant for a re-deliver order, they tell me I have to directly contact DoorDash for help with that. So I contact DoorDash. After thirty minutes and three different people, they “transfer” me right back to wing stop who ultimately tells me there’s nothing they can do other than a refund.Another good food place letting themselves get run into the ground by DoorDash. I will never order from here again.

I chose wingstop over the next local wing spot for its good food and tvs. I struggled to understand the cashier she was whispering. When I asked for a request on the tvs they didn't attempt to change it . The cashiers looked at each other said" we can't change them rite"? Wow all tvs on mute and on news channels with no mlb finals playing.

I'm only giving it a three because it's not bad if it's slow and you eat at the location. Don't bother if you are doing Uber eats... Last two times there was something wrong with the food. The first time the wings had the wrong sauce and the second time there was only a cheese drizzle on the voodoo fries.

Consistently GREAT! This is huge considering it’s a chain. Wing Stop as a brand has done a fantastic job creating flavorful recipes for their sauces and dry rubs. But we all know that can waiver from location to location. As someone who frequents this 3-4 times a month, sometimes more, I can say my order is always accurate, food is always fresh, and the taste and quality of the packing is always on point. I don’t think I’ve found any other location that is this satisfying, consistently. I never have to wonder if something from my order will be missing or if the quality will be lacking.When ordering pick up the restaurant is always kept neat and clean. Great place to dine-in or carry out.Pro-tip: if you place your order online or through the app, they’ll likely send you a survey which awards you free fries on your next visit.
