I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I ordered my food and while waiting, I asked for the restroom key, but my request was denied. As a paying customer, this was frustrating and felt disrespectful. Good customer service should include basic courtesy, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit.

Im a dasher and I have been waiting since 10:50 and it's 11:20 literally 30 mins nobody is even here and they choose to finish a big order instead of a piece and tenders this is rude and not cooperative. If anyone wants to wait 30+mins go right ahead.

I want to give a special thanks with much appreciation to Oscar for going the extra mile and making my experience better. I ordered through the website for delivery and the Door Dasher tampered with my order. I was missing and a bleu cheese dressing. The bag with sticker had been removed and refolded looking like it was clearly tampered with. I immediately called Wingstop and spoke with Oscar, explaining to him what I receive and describing the Dasher. I will not disclose but I was completely frustrated and disturbed that someone decided to take a few wings and dressing out of my food. Oscar immediately proved solutions, offering to remake my order and have it delivered or a refund. I wanted my food and he provided just that with some additional fries and veggie sticks for the inconvenience. This is what real customer service looks like. I will not be ordering delivery or from Door Dash ever again but I will be back to visit Wingstop for sure. Thank you Oscar!

Arielle was great. Doordash messed up my order and I never got my food delivered. She made fresh food since the driver never picked it up. So glad she helped us out. Will be coming back to this location. It's a good one.

So I come in this location daily and honestly I’ve been treated poorly and rudely by some employees and some were ok but at the end of the day would I bring my family to this location? No absolutely not because I expect the service to be poor. I wish they would train the employees before putting them out there Another thing is the couple of times that I got orders to go. My orders were wrong or missing numerous parts to my order and I didn’t even wanna call and complain because I already knew what to expect from their attitude so I just called it a loss the only reason I choose to keep coming back here is because it’s in my local area
