Wingstop really needs to up their game on customer service.I've had nothing but problems with one of their locations: anywhere from partial missing items to whole orders gone missing to orders fulfilled with incorrect items ordered.Going through their Twitter account is useless even after giving them enough information to verify me.As of this moment, the Twitter "Customer Service" refuses to take my issue further.The "manager" at the specific location in Oxnard, CA was totally useless in getting me in contact with the franchise owner so I could lodge a complaint.The issues (on this ONE order) that set me off as a last straw?- No fries on sandwich combo.- No fried corn side on one of the wings combos.- No ice in drinks. THREE drinks and NO ICE.- Sweet Tea on two of the orders was Sweet GREEN Tea.- Overcooked wings - super dry. These things could become weaponized.- On hold: 10 minutes.- Re-called, was put on hold after asking for the manager - after I told him not to put me on hold.I won't even mention anything about the day I had an entire missing order.

This complaint was not solely towards wing stop at first but the way it is being handled now is the fault of wing stop. I ordered online and placed for delivery. They delivered through Door Dash and I never received my order. I went through door dash to report this and they reached out to wing stop customer service to process my refund through the actual store. The person advised me that the refund would be processed. That was on July 21, 2022. I still have not received the refund to this day and when I call customer service they tell me they cannot tell me anything outside of the request being made. How do you not know if a refund was processed or not and what is taking so long for a refund to be processed when I was advised it would be. They are saying it is the responsibility of the manager at the actual store but I'm not seeing how they are not following up on their duty and it's ok with the franchise.
