Beautiful new restaurant in the Trinity Groves area. The aesthetic and ambience are top tier. I recommend making a reservation (even for the bar) to ensure seating. I had an early reservation for one and was immediately seated when I arrived. Emily at the bar took great care of me. My dinner consisted of the Cobb salad, lamb chops and collard green risotto. Everything came out perfect and in a reasonable time and Emily made the perfect dirty martini with blue cheese olives (chef’s kiss). The entire staff valet, door and hostess were welcoming and professional. I look forward to many more visits. Welcome to Dallas.

I really liked this restaurant and would dine here again. Let’s start there.
I had the crab cake beignets for an appetizer. The crab was fresh and delicious. I did not like that they put powdered sugar on top though. That took away from the dish.
My steak was delicious and well cooked. I had mashed potatoes and asparagus for my sides and both could have been better.
The service was great. The waiter gave recommendations and you can tell the restaurant took the time to train their staff in the art of fine dining.
I also thought the music selection was strange. They need to design a smoother playlist that matches the beautiful ambiance of the space.
This is a new restaurant and I know it takes time to work out the kinks. With that being said, I enjoyed my experience overall and I will be back.

My husband and I had a wonderful evening at Winsome Prime while visiting Dallas. We started with the Asian Sesame Cauliflower and the Truffle Fries—both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. For my entrée, I chose the Squashing Beef, and it did not disappoint! It was hearty, flavorful, and truly one of the best vegan dishes I’ve enjoyed in a long time.
Our server, the sweetest young man, Keavin, made the entire experience even better with his kind attitude and thoughtful recommendations. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-tier. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Dallas!

I had an amazing experience at Winsome Prime! I started with the truffle lemon pepper wings and the chilled glazed shrimp—both were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. But the real star of the evening was the tomahawk steak, recommended by my incredible server Keavin. It was juicy, tender, and absolutely delicious—easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Keavin was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly enhanced the entire dining experience. I’ll definitely be back for more!

But what truly elevated the experience was our waiter, Keevin. He was an absolute standout—personable, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. His recommendations were spot on, and his genuine warmth added so much to the evening.
