Perhaps some of the worst wings and fries I have had. Burnt, dirty grease, and almost zero flavor on the wings. The fries were soggy and had no seasoning. Ordered the chicken fingers which were decent, but not worth purchasing if I were to do it again, but alas, that will most definitely not happen. 20 minutes after eating and I am still left with that burnt dirty grease taste.

I experienced the unprofessional personality of the female clerk on Sunday April 7, 2024 around 12noonish. I place a call in order for my wings. She yawned twice in the phone never once said excused me continue to take my order, however during one of the yawns she missed when I said all flats. I walk to my truck and check my order and it was wrong. I took the wings back to the counter and said I order all flats she immediately said no you didn't. The first order took about 10 mins.... When they corrected my order it took 20 mins and my wing was soggy.. Then she charge me a dollar more after waiting 20mins for my wings versus acknowledging it when my wings was wrong. I'm a huge fan of WNB the one in Villa Rica, Ga I never received a bad order. So I was excited to see one in Dallas, Tx. I read the horrible yelp review and gave it a try anyway. I will be contacting the regional office because horrible customer service will run a business in the ground...

I called here to place an order for my family at 8:20 and nobody picked up. We only live 10 minutes away so I drove there only to be refused service. I was told they were closed. Meanwhile, the phone is ringing off the hook and they're ignoring it. The hours of operation say open until 9. The food is great but I will never eat at a place that treats its customers like this. Good businesses honor their hours of operation. I manage a business and if I found out It was being closed 40 minutes before their posted time and ignoring phone calls, I would be furious. People are trying to give them money for their services. That's how they pay their bills! I could understand 15 or 20 minutes but this is very poor commitment in a very saturated market. Do better.

I used to give this place a 5⭐️ rating but ever since they changed the whole crew,the customer service has been terrible,the girl at front has a horrible attitude that almost makes you walk away with your money somewhere else… as far as the kitchen crew always cursing loud in Spanish makes me not wanting to bring my kids over ? so sad seeing this place going down the drain. Hoping the owners have some changes soon ??

Food is good but the cashiers are extremely rude. They don't greet you they just stare at you. Girl at the counter looked like she hated her job. Rubbing her eyes in stress while I ordered food. Food is okay but customer service needs some serious improvement.

Little to be desired. The 12 inch spicy with little onions, mushrooms, and jalapeño was very disappointing. Bread was smashed and all your tasted was beef and soggy bread. Couldn't eat second half No flavor on meat. Combo fried rice was extremely fishy and greasy. Girl counter was rude. Only one other person in the restaurant and had to wait 20 minutes for food two sandwiches and one fried rice, would not go back again.

Absolutely NOT ! The salad was a joke. I know you're thinking who orders salad from a wing place but it really shouldn't matter what you order, it should be atleast edible and what is Advertised. I ordered a fried chicken salad and it had nothing in it like advertised. No real veggies. Some shredded taco lettuce and thin sliced tomatoes. Where was the broccoli, carrots, red cabbage? I mean it was literally the inside of a taco put in a bowl. Ridiculous. And the fried pickles were WAY to salty. The only thing that was half way decent was the wings. Which if that was terrible it would've been a real problem considering thier known for wings. Also I'm from atlanta, so how dare y'all advertise like y'all hitting like an ATL wing spot. You're better off buying a deep fryer and tossing them in some Franks wing sauce yourself. SMH !
