Overall the food was good. The fish and chips were pretty good, but it comes with more chips than fish. The swordfish was nicely cooked and surprisingly tender. The calamari was so so, too fried.

The service and food was very good. Portion size was good, but not if you are very hungry/young. I would say as an older adult, portions were good...see pictures.I had the chicken cordon blue, and the sauces and flavors....I cleaned every spec on the plate. My only nit, would be they took the time to mention the portion sizes......?‍♂️

This was the first time I have ever ate at this restaurant…it was out of this world! The service was up and beyond fantastic! The menu and food will take your taste buds to another level. The only negative thing I can say is I don’t live in Dallas and I will probably never be able to eat here again!

Three friends and I enjoyed Saturday brunch at Woodlands recently. The food was delicious as usual; however, the best part of our meal came from our server, Cindy. I've never had such a special experience from a server. Cindy knew all the tricks of taking care of her customers even down to preparing our leftovers in unique take-home fashion so they would be secure until we were ready to once again enjoy at home. For instance, she made sure the remaining half of my fish sandwich was secured so it would stay together and not fall apart during transport. Unfortunately, as I often do, I left the bag at the restaurant and was disappointed when realizing it didn't arrive home with me. Anything needed while dining was swiftly taken care of by Cindy. She was sharp and obviously very experienced. I like that Woodlands menu is filled with varied choices to satisfy different tastes. Each time a friend visits from out of town, she insists on dining at Woodlands, and is especially fond of the crab cake Benedict on the brunch menu.

My Wife and I went here for dinner the other night. It’s definitely has an upscale feel to it for being a grill and a nice ambiance to it. Great place to take a date or if you just want a nice place to eat. Their services was top notch. Our server, Shawn made sure we didn’t want or need to ask for anything. When looking at the menu he was able to answer any and all of our questions. He also made several suggestions and well versed in any specials available. The food was good and delicious for the most part. We started with the calamari great presentation, cooked properly and was paired with what tasted like 2 different homemade dips both delicious. I got the steak with a Loaded Baked Potato. The steak was seasoned to perfection and cooked just the way I asked. My wife got the French dip with sweet potato fries. The French dip was ok and the au jus that it came with it was rather bland and didn’t have much flavor this was my only disappointment with our meal. The sweet potato fries that came with it were some of the best I’ve ever had and served with a homemade aioli sauce that was superb. We finished our meal by sharing a white chocolate Raspberry Crème Brûlée that was very delightful and very rich it also came with 2 cookies. We were happy we shared it. Overall I loved this place and will definitely be coming back.

We celebrated a friend's bday here recently and the evening was delightful! The young lady that waited on us was so nice, very friendly and extremely helpful as one of my guests was gluten free and she made suggestions!! Our food was fantastic! I would recommend the Herb crusted salmon!

I have been here before but sat at the bar last time. This time I had a server Pria and she was very attentive and I also appreciated that she kept a smile on her face. I had the spinach dip and salad and both were pretty good.

You could not ask for any better service . Food was excellent and very flavorful. First time we had been and hope they consider opening one in North North Dallas up by Legacy area or Frisco . Get our vote .

We are regulars at Woodlands American Grill for either lunch or Dinner. The main reason we go to Woodlands is that it is close to where we live and the food is always good with a variety of choices and the service is always gracious.
