I’ve seen this place in Instagram and had to give it a try, as the burger looked juicy, cheesy and delicious. I gotta say, I wasn’t dissapointed with the burger. As it was my first time there, I asked for a basic double cheeseburger plain and dry, so I could get a taste of the beef, cheese and buns. Beef was crispy, juicy, tasty and very well seasoned. The cheese was melty, flavorful and complemented the beef and bread. The buns were super soft and buttery; very good. I will keep coming and trying more options out of their menu, including the fries and other burger combinations. 100% recommend visiting it and giving their burgers a try.

Frankly it is a disappointment in all aspects and paying more than 60 dollars for 3 burgers and three drinks that by the way my machine served No wonder the place is always alone.

I wouldn’t even give a 1. Picture this, you’re in a great mood for a great looking burger and fries. You travel in the cold/rain for 30+ minutes in traffic. Just for you to be overlooked, and really not cared about from the time you walk in. The service was terrible. I waited patiently (looking at menu options and taking pictures) to be seen (also while being stared and boggled at by other guests while hustling bring black and trying to get some food like a human being) and was sent to a kiosk, when I was trying to be seen by a person. then when they finally get through w the nosey guests who acted as if I was not supposed to be there , someone comes up to me and when I start to order, he stops me, sends someone else and then points to the kiosk. I’m still positive, no attitude or anything. I happily pick my food and am ready to pay. I go to pay on the kiosk the only option is card (which is why I was trying to speak to someone OR they could’ve asked if it was cash or card) and when we go to try to pay with cash, it’s card only. No signs or posting. The excuse was “our registers are broke” and an “oh well” shrug.. Definitely feel like the only reason why I did not get served was bc they didn’t want to and they didn’t like the way I look. Little did they know I was about to spend around $40 here on two meals and I was going to give them a great review and do some free advertising for them but now I would suggest that nobody ever come here if you if you don’t want to be in an environment that discriminates against others.

I would not recommend this place to go eat at all The service was horrible it's a one-man show it appears to be he is not friendly when I asked for help by buzzing the button on the kiosk which he has two of them no one came I even reached around to ask him for help because I wanted to ask questions about the food before I ordered it being that I work for public transportation and I needed to been in and out he refused he acted as if I didn't even ask for help so I left I went to go to work I downloaded the app I ordered the food through the app only to receive my food in the taste and quality of the food was horrible you could have saved my time I could have went to Costco and made the burger myself with better quality beef as grass-fed as the menu show and even better quality crinkle fries that I could have made in the air fryer better than he did that was old grease that he had the fries cooked in and he overcooked them and you should see the portion of the fries all for $18 that was crazy I would definitely not spend my money there again because it was a waste I did take pictures and I will be posting them it asked below what food would I recommend and I cannot pick any because I wouldn't recommend them but I did order the wolf burger classic combo never again

A nice smash burger spot near the shopping plaza. Burger was great for the price and size. Fries were nicely seasoned. Seating is spacious and parking was plentiful. This place makes for a great grab and go!

DO NOT ORDER OVER THE PHONE. They do not have a secure way to pay with a card and they ask over the phone each digit of your card information. They use a call center so its not directly handled at the store location. My card info was stolen and used for fraud just hrs after giving out my information to them. I emailed corporate and they brushed it off and said let the bank deal with it. Dear corporate, this was the weakest response and excuse. Better answer would have been we will change our over the phone payment system and here is your refund for the inconvenience of having to deal with no access to credit while the consumer bears the pain of fighting the fraud case. BS service. 0 stars. Update to their response: I screenshotted the transaction of the fraud charge AFTER the Wulfburger charge. I have the Wulfburger transaction recorded. Funny how they still brushed it off and focused on telling me that I need to talk to my bank instead of hearing a solution. I did indeed buy a burger here it’s on record you twats.
