We came here for a happy hour on Friday evening. They have pretty good prices for Texas based drinks. They have a pool tabl. that's free and shuffle board too. The shuffle board table definitely needed some more sand or whatever it is, but it was still fun. They also have board games. We were the only people in there so it was nice. The bartender was very nice too.

My wife and I made a reservation for two nights with the first night being a late checkin due to a late flight. Unfortunately our flight was rescheduled to 5 am the next morning and we maintained the prepaid reservation. We arrived in Dallas and arrived to aloft at 8-9 am the next morning. On arrival, aloft said reservation was labeled as a no show despite showing within our reservation window. Initially they stated they would give us a courtesy refund. The refund never came and they are denying the refund 2 weeks later. Very disappointed with hotel and their policy to prematurely call a prepaid room as a no show.

I just want to thank the amazing staff for the kindness they showed to so many of us today. When so many of us were seeking shelter from what was thought to be an active shooter at the cheerleading NCA competition, your staff were literally pulling people off the streets to safety and allowed so many of us to seek shelter. I am seeing that unfortunately other businesses were not this kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you made a really traumatic situation a little easier. You comforted so many of us and gave my 16 yr old a safe place to hide. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!

This is one of the coolest hotels you'll ever stay at in Dallas! Its very energetic & welcoming atmosphere.
Its a vintage industrial building with unique features that remain part of the interior. They added sleek, contemporary elements for that extra WOW effect! (I live locally & have stayed here numerous times)🎆
