Xaman Cafe Reviews
I’ve been wanting to try this place for a little over a year, I was really excited. Today we had the bad luck of arriving with high expectations. I say bad luck because the food is “good” but too expensive for the portions, but that’s not the problem, the problem was that when the bill came, I was surprised that they charged me $60 for two paninis and a matcha. But here’s what will really make me not return to this place. I really like the area and I’ve been visiting...read full review
their coffee and chilaquiles are so delicious I definitely will be coming back for more!
We came in at 10pm , we were asked if we were going to order dinner? I said, we only wanted dessert and coffee. We were told that they didn’t have coffee at this time ! No Coffee at a cafe ? That closes at 12 ? We asked for our dessert to go , even though we were told we could eat there. The staff started cleaning , which really made us uncomfortable. Why post late hours but not have a full menu ? Staff is driving away customers .

Xaman Cafe is a visually stunning restaurant with clean restrooms, unique bowls and plates, and an amazing vibrant, festive atmosphere full of culture. The food is delicious, with popular dishes like chilaquiles, mole, and the must-try Power Bowl with flavorful chicken breast, black beans, Mexican rice, corn, and avocado. Drinks like the Ayahuasca, Pulque, Xaman Horchata, and the delightful Mexican vanilla latte (hot) are worth trying. The service is great, though some staff may be pesky about small things. They offer a happy hour and a speakeasy. While portions may be smaller than expected, the experience feels like being transported to Mexico City.
