This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out well done, leathery, and completely flavorless. Not even close. The food overall was poorly seasoned and borderline inedible. My wife’s dish was equally disappointing—bland and forgettable, like the kitchen forgot salt exists.
The only things that weren’t terrible were the drinks and the shrimp roll appetizer, which says a lot when the best parts of a “dining room” are liquid and a starter.
To make things worse, the first table we were seated at was wobbly. When I asked if it could be fixed, the only solution offered was to move us to another table—no attempt to actually address the issue. Not exactly great service.
The atmosphere was unbearable. The place was extremely loud, with music blasting so loudly it was hard to have a conversation with the person sitting across from you. Every few minutes it somehow got even louder due to over-the-top birthday celebrations, complete with club-style bottle service vibes and blinding LED lights. This is supposed to be a restaurant, not a nightclub.
Most of the tables seemed to be filled with very young, teenage crowds, which only added to the chaotic, immature atmosphere. If you’re looking for an actual dining experience, this is not it.
I took two bites of my food and immediately asked for the check because I couldn’t force myself to eat any more. To top it all off, a 20% gratuity was automatically included, which is absolutely horrendous given the quality of food, service, and overall experience.
There is no chance I will ever return, and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and your evening—this place is all hype and zero substance.

I know my experience may differ from others, but I personally thought the food was good. Everything had flavor, and our dishes were prepared well. We ordered the salmon and swapped the asparagus for mixed veggies with mashed potatoes — all of it tasted great, and the portion was more than enough to fill me up. We also tried the chicken, which came with two large pieces, and it was really good too.
My daughter and her friend both raved about the Mac & Cheese — and she’s extremely picky about her Mac & Cheese — so that says a lot.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant was fun and lively. I do think the brunch setup feels more geared toward younger teens or children, but it wasn’t a bad experience at all.
My biggest disappointment was the garden area. That was what I was most looking forward to, but since it was cold outside, it was cold in the garden as well. They had a few propane heaters, but none were turned on. There were some photo ops, but it was difficult to get good pictures because it was so dark, and there weren’t as many photo spots as I expected. The girls still enjoyed it, though.
Overall, I do think the experience is overpriced, but for a birthday celebration it was fun, memorable, and I wasn’t disappointed.

Service was great because our server was friendly and courteous but their Sunday brunch was nothing to brag about - food is mediocre and lacked flavor, and definitely not worth the price. Drinks were okay but still expensive. The place was practically empty with people dining at only 3 tables and yet the music played very loud. Paid $10 for so-called 'valet parking' but I'm an hour later the attendants came to our table, gave us our car keys and left the parking lot unattended. I do not recommend this place.

I am writing to formally address the issues I experienced while attempting to book and operate a Saturday night event at your venue.
From the beginning of December, I made multiple attempts to communicate regarding renting the club for recurring Saturday event nights. I initially worked with the event manager assigned to me, but I later learned that this individual does not typically handle club nights. I requested to speak directly with Brian, as he was the appropriate contact, but his contact information was not provided to me. Despite emailing, I never received a response from him.
Communication throughout this process was extremely limited and delayed. After reaching out in early December, it took approximately a week before I received any response. I did not receive the contract for the December 20 event until December 11, leaving very little time to properly review, plan, and promote the event.
In addition, critical operational details were provided far too late. The table layout was not received until December 18 I requested both the table layout and the bottle service list on December 16 , but only the layout was provided. The bottle service information — which is essential for selling tables, booths, and bottle service — was never sent. Without this information, I was unable to properly market or sell bottle service.
Despite these missing details, I was asked to sign the contract and submit payment. I was uncomfortable signing a contract without having all required information, especially for an event scheduled just two days later. Ultimately, due to these delays and the lack of communication, I was unable to proceed — and I was informed that my Saturday night slot had been given to someone else.
I want to be clear that I made consistent efforts to communicate, plan, and move forward in good faith. However, the delayed responses, missing information, and inability to speak with the appropriate contact made it impossible for me to execute this event properly.
When I tell you to turn around I mean it. Starting off there was items on the menu that don’t even exist anymore. The service sucked we were here celebrating a friend and all they did was drop off the wheel and wave their light sticks. Also the food was terrible and made most of the party feel sick. I will say the one good thing about this place is the atmosphere but still felt dingy. Overall save you money and don’t come here. Our server Erika was a hot mess and looked a hot mess. She over charged us, she didn’t prepare the table we had to ask for utensils and the BASIC necessities needed in a restaurant.

The ONLY good thing about this place is the ambience. If you want the pictures then order a cocktail and then take your pictures and leave.
The food was horrible. I had the Truffle Fried chicken. I paid $29 for fried chicken!!! Crazy!!! I figured for $29. It has to be good. When the food arrived, it looked OK however the chicken was so dry and very little flavor. I had the Parmesan mashed potatoes with the chicken and even those had no flavor. The food was very disappointing. We had some water to go with our food and someone noticed there was some weird stuff floating in the water. I immediately stopped drinking the water. For what you pay it is definitely not worth it.
The service is horrible!!! It took forever for our waitress to come around and ask us if we needed anything. Then we figure out that there is a 20% tip that is automatically added on our bill. This may explain why the service was horrible. They knew they were already going to get a tip. On top of that it was $10 for valet parking. I was not expecting that and really I would have preferred to park my own car.
I will never go back to this place again.

I called the restaurant for 2 days in a row during business hours and was unable to get ahold of someone. When I showed up at the restaurant in person it was a ghost town, despite being advertised as open. The parking lot was empty and the doors were locked but the restaurant was fully lit. Disappointing.

Fernando behind the bar was so fun and engaging! Made a fun and energetic vibes in the restaurant. My friend and I sat at the bar and chit chatted with him while we enjoyed his delicious drinks! If you come in and are at the bar, ask for Fernando!!
