While in town, I wanted a great steak. Y.O. Ranch delivered. Jorge, was our fabulous waiter. He was attentive, funny and very accommodating. My wife and mother in law were cold so he provided them both shawls to keep them warm. The bone-in filet is in my top 3 steaks I’ve through my travels. We will definitely be back when visiting Dallas again.
The bar was beautiful with framed portraits of women as the background for the bottles of liquor. Go early for a seat at the bar before your dinner, it is conversational, small and intimate. We had great service and the Bison was delicious as well as the vegetables. The restaurant environment creates an atmosphere different from the street scene, appreciated and intimate.
The food was amazing ! Sheldon was our waiter. His recommendations were great, and he served us with excellence. We will be back !
