Customer Service is key to us
The food is inconsistent. You have it one time it won’t be the same the next. I wasted my $40 on a steak I couldn’t even eat. I was upset the second time the meal came, Because I had asked the manager to leave the fries she insisted to have everything be made fresh. Only for the fries to come out cold, the meat cooked well done, when I asked for medium well. The only thing that was different it wasn’t burnt on the outside like the 1st plate. I didn’t even eat the food.This pissed me off I could have just waited at nandos and had a better meal for a cheaper price.Am sitter here for 20mins waiting on Albert to bring me the sauces, we seat by the kitchen he walked back and forth still never came back with the sorry.Sorry Abby your managers will have to give you a tip.Parking: The garage is your best option. Depending on the day.

I went in Tuesday I was greeted by the Manager and host later to find out the managers name was Gloria. I was impressed right away because Gloria was really kind and welcoming, hospitable from the go just a great and positive welcoming vibe. Thank you Gloria and the host too!!Then I Sat at the bar and both Chris and Chris were the bartenders they make a great team, great personalities, skill set, funny. Thank you!!Then the food arrived, the steak was cooked to perfection, mashed were amazing and the Brussels sprouts ? so good!!AnyhowThank you guys thank you Yard H! (:

Yard House is always great fun! CC, Chris, Meg and Lewis are always super friendly. I love that we get new recommendations every time we go from the huge and ever revolving beers and cocktails. The vibe is always great and the service even better ??Vegetarian options: Loads of options either veggie or option to sub Gardein!

The food and atmosphere were very nice it was very warm and inviting. The service we received from our waiter, however, was not good. Honestly, it really made everyone pretty upset. From the amount of time it took to actually receive drinks, refills, and our food to the clearing of the table...service was garbage. Our waiter intentionally walking to the far side of the restaurant to avoid our table. He also started slamming dishes and had just an awful look on his face the whole time.When we go into a nice establishment where the prices are a bit higher we expect a higher quality service from the wait staff. We weren't being loud, we weren't getting drunk, or making a mess of our table. I don't know if our service was due to the way that we were dressed, if our waiter was having a bad night, or if he is just terrible at his job. What I do know, is that you should not judge someone based on their appearance.I know that most servers and hostesses depend on tips, and most tippers will tip based on the level of service they received. Just because we weren't dressed up for date night, doesn't mean we don't/won't tip. This place was highly recommended...and then fell flat on its face when it came to service.Dietary restrictions: They do offer a menu under 700 calories AND offer one for gluten sensitivity. :)
Wide selection of modern americana style dishes with wide selection of beers. Helpful and attentive staff. All and all an experience that left very little more to be desired. Recommended if you have a group of folks with a variety of dining desires and need to make everyone at least a little happy.Vegetarian options: They have several dishes that can sub in Gardien™ protein, in addition to a few incidentally vegan appetizers.
Food was great. Had lunch now Sunday afternoon so it was a bit busy and the waitress was training so we had to wait a little longer than usual for some things but all in all a great lunch spot! We enjoyed the patio on a sunny day!
