My first time coming here and I ended up with severe food poisoning. They snuck in 18% gratuity for a party of 2. Unaware I left an additional tip. I ended up tipping almost half of what the meal actually cost.

Had a great brunch with my husband . Shonda was the best waitress ever. So kind and helpful and always made sure everything was good with us. We really appreciated her whole vibe. The food was awesome, especially that huge cinnamon roll. We will definitely be back again and try their diner menu soon.

The double fried chicken and watermelon pickle are a delight here, the waffle that comes with it, needs a bit of work it’s greasy and you would necessarily notice the cheese or jalapeño in there, everything else is nice enough to give it a pass. The staff are welcoming and not over baring .
I came over for breakfast after walking my dogs. LaShondra took very good care of us. The food was good and the service even better.

I had an incredible experience at Yardbird, and a huge part of that was thanks to Shonda! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and deep knowledge of the menu truly elevated our dining experience.
She gave great recommendations, checked in at the perfect times without being intrusive, and made sure everything was spot-on throughout the meal. It’s rare to find service that’s both professional and genuinely friendly, but Shonda delivered on both.
If you’re dining at Yardbird, ask for Shonda—you won’t be disappointed!
