saw this place on Tik tok for Christmas. Was overhyped, the food was not good, literally felt like they put HEB shredded cheeses on the 2 quesobirria I got with rice and beans for $20. Way over priced for that taste. I’m a white man and that didn’t taste like Mexico! Very pretty place but the quality of food and price did not make it enjoyable to hang out there! Don’t be fooled going here

Food was just okay, same quality as El Fenix. The main problem was the trumpet player. He was overzealous and played too long and too loud every song. The Mariachi idea is awesome, but if you are in a tiny all concrete-walled restaurant you have to pivot and remove the trumpet (or play different songs). My dad pulled out a decibel meter app on his phone and it got over 110db in many songs. We couldn't talk except between songs, so only for 30 seconds every 2 to 3 minutes. The 'snow' machine is basically soap bubbles for 30 seconds, and they give you paper plates to cover your food while it floats down, which takes another 3 or 4 minutes to clear the air before you can remove the plates. There's also a forced 18% gratuity and for 7 people we paid $200, and we didn't even get any alcohol. Also, no physical menu, and the digital one is in yellow and gray, a bit harder to read on a phone. Also, it's not a big deal but their website isn't secure (no SSL/HTTPS cert, which seemed unprofessional). I would definitely not go here again.

Service and food are average. Drinks are good. We had a reservation and when we were about to get sitted we were hold off because they were about to clean the table. The smell of fabuloso is very annoying which I believe for a restaurant they should use a neutral cleaning spray.
Food is salty, not so tasty, and very expensive.
I have been wanting to visit this restaurant for the longest but wasn't impressed. It is the one type of restaurant I would visit once in a while.

This place is clearly meant for being a visionary experience. I have been wanting to try this place for a few years after seeing the Instagram and Facebook videos. After finally getting a table, we couldn’t get out quick enough. My Asada was extremely dry, my husbands chicken fajitas were extremely dry, and the enchiladas are nothing to rave about either. Parents beware: there is NO kids menu, so for kids that are used to Tex Mex, or picky eaters, know this place will NOT be for them. It was decorated very pretty for Christmas, so I can imagine December is the month that they make their money. “Snow” AKA soap bubbles will be blown by a loud bubble machine every 30 minutes. $130 for two adults and two kids to dine, gratuity already included in that price, is wild to me given the food, not including the $15 we paid to park for this dining experience. The service was terrible as well, so I am not sure what all the hype is other than the vision experience that you get. Take my words of advice: DON’T DO IT!

Don’t see what the hype is. Terrible food. Should have gone to Rosas Cafe drive through instead. Better flavor better prices. Overpriced! $200 for family of 5 and we got below average food and margaritas. Average service.

The service was horrible. I've never been to a restaurant where I had to go to the bar to refill our waters, get napkins, and get silverware. Also, how do you serve 3 cups of queso and not give us chips? 5 different people said they were going to bring us chips and never did. I had to go to the bar to get anything done. Also, the 18% mandatory gratuity is such a scam. I pay 20% anyways but not when the service is this bad. The manager was more worried about pushing us out of there so they can open their night club instead of bringing us our food and drinks so we can actually finish up and leave. Made no sense. I'll never bring my girls here ever again.

Went for the first time on a Thursday night to play lotería and to watch the snow. The man hosting lotería was rude and unwelcoming. They say free appetizer if you win, but didn’t mention that you only have two options from the appetizer list, which is either queso or guacamole. Also, the server was inattentive and slow with an attitude. I didn’t get her name, but she looked Hispanic with black hair and wears glasses. Naughty elf Christmas drink taste like medicine. I do not recommend!!! Overall, terrible experience. However, mariachis and the concept of the restaurant are great.

We decided to make a family dinner and check out the fancy restaurant that snows every 30 minutes! The food was amazing! We had the appetizer which was ceviche! Very tasty! The quesadillas shrimp tacos and enchiladas were also very delicious! I will mention that they add a 18% gratuity to the bill for a party of 7. But other then that it was a great experience:)

Joyful Servant!

Had the Guiso and Posole on the brunch menu. Guiso was so salty it was not edible. Posole was green water with two pieces of chicken and almost no hominy. Overpriced food and drinks. The snow was ok. Basically, a guy turns on a blower. Not sure that is sanitary since it actually falls in the food. The only redeeming quality was the Mariachi’s who are freelance. We will not be returning.
