Great customer service! I usually come in on Mondays, and this time I was helped by two amazing young men. They were both incredibly respectful and super helpful with the menu and anything else I had questions about. Always a great experience here!

10 out 10 I recommend! I went with my 13 yesterday old and we each got a drink (him: First Love and me:Brown Sugar cold Latte with coffee boba). We also got sweets (him: strawberry tiramisu and me: Dubai chocolate croffle). Everything was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!😋 We will definitely be going back. The workers were great also👌

Go ANYWHERE else!!! There's a million boba places just a little further north in Richardson and even a few places off of 75 and Forest/Meadows...whatever you do...don't waste $20 on two drinks that taste like two-day old watered down folgers coffee and served by the most calloused and slowest workers, ever. We tasted our drinks (one coffee and one smoothie) and were repulsed by how everything tasted old and dirty. I was IMMEDIATELY sick to my stomach. They don't do refunds, so do not gamble your time, money, or belly. Go to bobalatte, Feng Cha, Gong cha, 85 degrees, or anywhere else in the area. Avoid this place.
Ordered a Thai Tea and Pina Colada Smoothie at 7:15 on 11/5/2025.
Even though I was the only person getting a drink it took, the staff over 10 minutes to make it. After taking the drinks back to my car. We took a single drink and asked for a refund.
The Thai Tea was tasteless with the mushiest and stringiest Boba and the Pina Colada literally tasted like it was made with either spoiled milk and/or pineapple. More of durian than actual pineapple.
Long story short, they don't do refunds. That's okay. You couldn't pay me to keep them.

I’ve tried Yely a couple of times. This last time, my last most likely. I ordered a brown sugar latte boba. They use a Breville to pull their espresso shots (which I have at home) & they are using it totally wrong. I tried to correct them but they said “that’s the way we were taught”. They don’t look at the pressure gauge or grind amount, they just tamp and pull whatever is there. Sad. I reached out to mgmt and still have not hear back after almost a week. Lastly, although I asked for 25% sweetness, it was still very, very sweet, but I recognize that might be a preference thing.

It was a local gem! I first got their tg2g bag and it composed of a LMT, jasmine green tea, and the black milk tea. Their tea is STRONG and does not leave a dry taste on my tongue! I love their teas! The second time I went back I got the tiramisu milk tea and their original tiramisu. I’ve got to say it Soooo good! The milk tea is like a tiramisu latte and right amount of caffeine. It has that mascarpone cream top! Their Original tiramisu is also right to the top, not overly sweet and right amount of the espresso dipped fingers to balance. So worth it!!!!
