I have come several times, and the syrups are always close to pay, today I was provoked and I came 30 minutes before closing and they treated me horrible and mediocre, he asked if I had syrups for my ice cream, pay and leave and he told me to my face that NOT that it was over simply because I had already saved them and didn't want to have good customer service. 0/10 customer service

I will never return to this store. They had hair in one of the toppings during one visit, and a bug in the next. I brought the bug infested yogurt to the cashier’s attention, and she told me that I put it in there trying to get it for free. This was poor customer service and also a health hazard. I saw another post months ago with the same issue- so please don’t also respond to my review calling me a liar. I had been going there since 2012 but you just lost a customer because of your cashier- she was an older, heavy, rude white lady with glasses.

This is a great place for Soft Serve Yogurt as I really enjoyed the sugar-free which I was able to press the middle button and it combined both sugar-free flavors together in a swirl and the assortment of add-ons was spectacular. I highly suggest if you're looking for other than ice cream this place will definitely fulfill your sweet desires!

They never change flavors and many of the stations are empty. We've cone about every 2 weeks for the last 3 months....same flavors. Previously there would be a few special flavors that would be rotated. Disappointing.

They have good flavors but the staff is rude. They don’t greet you or smile at you. They need to work on their customer service.

The second we walked into the place it smelled horrid. Maybe it's the floors? I mean look at the rug under my feet. Won't be going back.

Poor customer service and will not be returning because customer service is a principle I will standby. One star goes to the cleanliness of the store itself. Upon arriving with my family, we were not greeted nor asked if it was our first time. Especially being that we walked inside and looked puzzled. Only to find instructions on the BACK wall which we followed. Not only us, but multiple customer after us as well. After guessing what we may like because we didn't know that you could taste flavors. (The taster cups are at check out & again the lady at the register failed to greet us.) Our child didn't like the flavor, literally taking a small taste. The cashier saw the cup and it was still full and barely touched. We asked if she could change her flavor and of course stay within the ounces we paid for already. She told us "I can't. This is being surveillance, I can't give you a different cup just because your kid doesn't like it." SAD! First thing, it was irrelevant to mention surveillance. We were not trying to steal. Secondly, if she would have mentioned at our entrance that if we would like to try a flavor here's some testing cups. It could have been so simple. Also, it's a child. The best thing would have been to at least let us dump the cup and try again. It was literally our first time and we were looking forward to it. We will definitely not be returning and I have shared our visit with our PTA. So we have canceled future events.Good luck with things!

We love Yogurtti! We go there several times a week and have become regulars. They have a great selection and have also been great to partner with at our local neighborhood school for fundraisers and after-school events. We are big fans!

Had a very bad experience here. We found a dead bug at the bottom of one of our cups and the cashier accused us of planting it. Why would anyone risk eating a bug for $5 worth of frozen yogurt. Ridiculous
