The wait was pretty long. But the food and the service was on point. They needed a bigger place. Great food though

Lemme start by saying the only reason I gave this place 2 stars in the first place was because 1. The service was okay, and the bathrooms had private stalls (Mens). Everything else was below mediocre. We were seated almost immediately upon walking in which was good, but unfortunately that was one of the only good aspects about this mediocre ass reasturant. Once seated we were treated by I believe was a busser who gave both my friend and Iced glasses but gave my girlfriend a kiddy cup like she was 5. From then on everything was way below average from the pancakes to the coffee, like come on how do you mess up a pancake. They were rubbery and dense, barely had any flavor and were dry as the Sahara desert. My shirt on a humid Houston day has more moisture than that damn pancake. The coffee tasted burnt and bitter ( even with creamer and sugar ). I got the skillet hash which was at most a 5/10, the most average skillet I've ever eaten. I got a side of sourdough which at most tasted like slightly stale store bought white bread, The red velvet French toast was okay 7/10 and was the only thing I ordered that was remotely good which is a stretch to say the least. My girlfriend got the chili omelette which was canned chilli over tasteless eggs 3/10 with a side of cheesy grits 4/10. My friend got the eggs Benedict which he rated a 6/10, a strawberry pancake 8/10 and a horchata cold brew 5/10. The Benedict needed more hollandaise sauce, and more lemon zest, the strawberry pancake was a strawberry pancake, and the only thing "horchata" about the cold brew was the gram of cinnamon in it. It tastes like a cinnamon stick farted in a cup of coffee. All in all if you wanted to go to a mediocre breakfast place with below mediocre food, weird color palette (interior) and a decent staff. I would highly recommend this place. The 4 sar rating on this place is a joke, and I will not be returning, I would have rather dumpster dived behind a waffle house than give this place another dime.

This has become my favorite place for breakfast. I ordered from Uber Eats, so I plan to come enjoy the atmosphere and full dine in experience soon.

The food was well described on the menu the staff was prompt and they validated it parking. The downside was that it was really loud in there. Music was loud so everyone had to talk life just to be heard. We sat here 2 days in a row since it was good and not over pricedParking: The parking was just outside of the shopping center. They charge to park but the restaurant validates parking.

Do not go to this location FIRST THE FOOD IS STALE AND DRY. I TRIED EXPLAIN TO THE GM JESUS LUNA BUT HE INSISTED HE WAS NOT FIXING ANYTHING. I HAVE GONE TO THIS CORPORATION MULTIPLE TIMES BUT A FIRST FOR THIS LOCATION AND NOW I SEE WHY. Customer SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND SO IS THE FOOD SAVE YOUR MONEY ! Responding to the reply , Your manager continued to cut me off before I can say anything. I’ve gone to other locations and was able to sub. You simply did not advertise no subs. As I stated customer service is horrible and I’ll be awaiting a email from your corporate thanks. ( the call was recorded ) it could’ve been avoided but JESUS continued to be rude.

Went here Sunday morning at 7 AM for breakfast. It did not disappoint and the reviews are legit. We had three types of specialty pancakes, eggs Benedict chorizo, and a Mexican dish with chips. JOSE was our waitress and she was amazing. Overall this place is fantastic. Definitely worth it.

This place was better than ok but not great. The food was so so. The potatoes were hard. The size of OJ is ridiculously small. The place was loud and busy. Although, we were seated rather quickly, we had to wait for the servers to come over to take our order. Once ordered, the food came out pretty quickly. My breakfast sandwich lacked flavor. Maybe if the eggs were seasoned? Not sure. The pancake was soft and fluffy. Although, the pancake tastes somewhat doughy that I couldn't finish it.

Came on a weekday that wasn't busy so service was attentive and kept everything topped up and checked on. The food was good and not too expensive, but not above and beyond. Parking was a problem though, so good luck finding something simple. Farmhouse skillet was good but needed less oil and perhaps more cheese. Pancakes were ok and drip. Coffee was decent enough. Would go back if asked!

Had great reviews so we checked it out. They wouldn't seat us until party was present. Understandable. Then learned they wouldn't even put a name on the list until party was present. That was new experience. Fortunately, they had something quickly. Food was mediocre to me, nothing to rave about. They did make something else for me, as my meal was just too runny and soggy, nothing like I've experienced before when I'd ordered the same thing elsewhere. The replacement meal was charged, not the original, so I appreciated that. Service was great, atmosphere was fine. Park in the garage and get ticket validated, not the lot across from restaurant. It's a flat fee, when you're only there an hour or a little over that.

Visited for lunch as it’s near my office. Food was average, no different than any other breakfast-focused establishment. Service was very slow. Prices are reasonable.

The food was cold and not favorful. They were busy, so the customer service lacked. My order came out wrong twice.
