This Yumilicious is a must stop for us whenever we are in Snyder plaza. Not sure why the reviews are so mediocre, this spot is as advertised. Self Serv froyo that is normally delicious! They do have the hit or miss handles now and then where something is served too cold or too warm (who wants mushy froyo!) but overall they do a good job.The staff tries to keep the spot clean but they are normally only staffed with a single person and depending on who it is they can be engaged or chilling on their cell phone in between customers.The toppings are also plentiful and the temptation to fill up your cup is real but it will add up quickly -- $12 for a cup of froyo anyone?The only improvement area I'd offer up is cleanliness. It could use a regular mopping now and then but it's a place frequently visited by kids so spills are going to happen.

Very subpar frozen yogurt! Birthday cake yogurt tasted very sour almost as if it had gone bad. They also do not offer any samples for any flavors.

My bf and I tried going in and they screamed at us from inside of the shop "we're closed" and turned off the open sign. We were SHOCKED. We were getting into our vehicle when we saw the open sign get turned back on. How rude. Very disappointing

Welp, we've been standing outside since 11 am when they open, someone inside clearly sees us. It is now 11:15 and they've still not opened or let us know that there is a delay. The last time I came their coconut flavor was either bad or the wrong flavor bc it was definitely not coconut. This place sucks.

Yumilicious snider plaza move to 6706 snider plaza across the street from previous location. Very clean and great atmosphere as before! Amazing Flavor’s. I go there every other dayI personally don’t pay attention to bad reviews from very unhappy people. Just go there and experience a great fro-yo shop yourself. They have coffee hot chocolate and crepes too that you can add toppings from the line!

Want yogurt find another shop!One is closed fully yet google shows open as do other sites. Then this location says that 10pm means they have to be out of the building per their bosses demands and they close at specifically 9:23pm so if we get there at 9:24pm the doors will be locked. So ummm better luck elsewhere.

I'm not one to leave reviews unless my experience was amazing or downright awful. I used to love yumilicious but I will not be a returning customer. The McKinney Ave location closes (much) earlier than the time listed online and the staff at the snider plaza location is rude and unprofessional. Save your money and go support a frozen yogurt business that actually cares about its customers.
