Yumilicious Frozen Yogurt

I’ve been a loyal customer at this frozen yogurt spot for years, but unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. I was interested in trying a few new flavors, but when I asked for a sample, I was curtly informed that they don’t offer them. When I asked how I was supposed to choose a flavor, the associate just shrugged. This was surprising, as I’ve sampled flavors on previous visits without any issues. When I inquired further, I was told they’ve never allowed samples, which contradicts my past experiences here. It’s a bit frustrating, especially since most frozen yogurt and ice cream shops readily offer this courtesy. Sadly, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Great yogurt! Many great flavors! My favorites were the Taro, Avocado and Tart(the must tries)! Lots of goood toppings! The place could stand a little decoration and a few more tables and chairs. No sampler cups for so many different new flavors. The customer service is the worse in this location; Most unfriendly and unprofessionals. They could use some schooling from Chick-fil-A!!!

Horrible customer service the Latina who works there today was kind of rude and mean and seem like did not want us to stay. I will not come here again will go to pinkberry which was super nicer and horrible customer service. The manager was there and acted like she did not care.

Came here Wednesday at noon after taking my sons to the park and it was closed. I called while I stood at the door and there was answer. My kids were disappointed. It’s states on the door it opens at eleven am.

When we arrived the place was empty but then it got busy, good thing! The yogurt was delicious and they had plenty of toppings to pick from. Yum!

They don’t do samples, so if you get a flavor you don’t like, you’re SOL.

I have also ordered on Uber eats previously, and as others have said—they will short you.

Beware: Froyo pricing is not displayed in the store for customers to see.Cashier was rude and ended up charging me per ounce instead of per pound after I specifically asked her for the per pound price and she said 72 cents.Shame on management for not displaying the pricing in the store.

DO NOT ORDER ON UBER EATS. They consistently short you. The order size is 16 oz on the app, and I have gotten orders with the cup and lid totaling 7oz and 12oz. I did not pay for 7oz or 12oz, I paid for 16oz.
