Small restaurant located in Casa Linda. Parking is abundant and the location is easy to find. There’s a couple of tables for indoor dinning, although most were doing take out. The curry fried rice was really good, you can pick your level of spice for each dish. Level 4 out of 5 was good and tasty, expected it to be spicier but it was fine. The beef jerky was also tasty. Make sure to get a Thai tea and sticky rice with ice cream for dessert. Super yummy!

Another great ZAAP experience. Try the jerky and the ice cream sandwiches. Definitely worth the price.

the front desk person is very sweet but the food and drinks there is very questionable. the thai tea was very nasty and gooey. there’s roaches everywhere. not a clean place to eat at or even eat period. they need to get their restaurant checked!!!

i can't help but notice a lot of the old staff is gone and this new staff just isn't working as hard , theres always this blonde lady sitting or standing around rather than helping. Seems like the store is under new management and it is not going at all well. i see small little bugs everywhere , it is not at all how zaap used to be.

I have no idea how the few recent negative reviews regarding the food could be possible, unless I'm just extremely lucky. This place is quickly becoming my favorite! We have been ordering from them through the delivery apps (primarily, DoorDash) at least 2-3 times per week for the past month or two and the food is consistently fantastic! Everything arrives piping hot, tastes fresh, and is perfectly cooked.
In this house, we're addicted to the Pad Thai (with pork, both 'medium' and 'spicy' spice levels), Pad See Ew (with beef, 'medium' spice level), Laotian Fried Rice (both with tofu and with chicken, 'mild' spice level), and Curry Fried Rice (with beef, 'mild' spice level).
We sincerely haven't a single complaint to date... nothing but praise. Truly, a gem of a restaurant!
EDIT 07/18/25: I'm gonna just come back here to add another well-earned shout out. I've ordered two or three times since my original review above, and it remains fantastic!
Today, I got two of our staples from above (both of which are always amazing) but also added an order of Pineapple Fried Rice (with chicken, 'medium' spice level), to try it. Y'all, this shit is DELICIOUS! Seasonings are perfect; spice level is perfect; pineapple chunks are juicy; rice texture is perfect; cashew texture is perfect; and onions, carrots & peas are hot, yet crispy. The raisins, I could honestly take or leave. However, that's simply because I'm not a big raisin person. There's nothing wrong with them. They taste just fine and add even more texture to the dish. I just don't think I would enjoy it any less if they weren't there.
Once again, a triumph! If you're looking for a place to eat, you can't go wrong with this one.

DONT EAT HERE!!
i went for food last night and i’d rather go to any other location. whoever is running this store should close it down, roaches everywhere imagine what’s around your food.

Very dissatisfied. Very disgusted.
I ordered curry fried rice with shrimp and garlic riblets. I was charged $8 for the riblets which were just a few chunks of bone with batter and garlic seasoning.
They charged me $15 for a small serving of fried rice that barely filled the tray, with only 3 pieces of shrimp. I asked them why there were so few shrimp in such a small amount of rice for $15 and they explained I could order it with extra shrimp for an added cost of $3.
When I asked how much extra shrimp I get for $3, they told me it would be 3 extra shrimps.
When the employee went to the back through the kitchen door, that's when I saw cockroaches in the kitchen. I left and will not be returning.

I don't like leaving reviews like this, but most of the food was inedible while being really expensive for a casual spot. We ordered 2 papaya salads-- both of them tasted rotten and were browning and somehow managed to be mushy. The mango sticky rice was super salty, and the mango on mine tasted rotten as well. I was also shocked at the half filled take out container for the $15 tomyum soup. The pricing would be considered high even if the food didn't LITERALLY taste rotten, so it was even worse that we had to throw out half of it. Seeing the other reviews, there is clearly a quality control and food safety issue going on here.

The food was ok but very overpriced for the quantity we got. We order almost $100 worth of food. The fried rice was half of the to go container, very disappointed. My time here and will be my last.

We had DoorDash deliver the food. It was out of so tasty! The crispy rice salad was like nothing I have had before. It may be my new favorite dish. The chicken noodle soup with the home made noodles is so so so good!!! A really great flavor.
We had tried them when they first opened and was super disappointed but not anymore! Yea, it was super good!😊
I did spend 75.00 on crispy rice salad, chicken noodle soup and pineapple fried rice (with extra vegetables and mixed meat so those were add ons). 2 big waters ate it for dinner and lunch. That also included a nice tip. I’m very happy with the amount of food that was given for the cost.

It was so bad. The tofu had spoiled so I couldn't eat the Pad Thai. My sticky rice had mold on it... no joke... how is that possible? Had to throw that out, too. Garlic riblets were ok but I was somewhat scared to eat it... just seemed like a food safety hazard. Hope I don't get sick.
