I’ve now gone three times and while the food is AMAZING the service has been terrible every time. Items missing from an order each time and because the servers never check back you can’t get it fixed. Today the server was sitting at an unoccupied table and we take to get his attention for quite a while and just gave up and ended up going to the bakery counter to check out. Delicious but so disappointing to have such bad service each time I don’t think I’ll go back.

Wow - the food here is fantastic!

I had the Tilapia, which was delicious, and came with rice, and a fresh salad. In addition, I ordered a side of their tasty Black Beans.

Also, I had one of their SUPERB Arepas, with white cheese (queso) and butter - this is a MUST TRY!!

I found the staff at Zaguan Latin Cafe to be very helpful and friendly. Also, my food came soon after I ordered it, with minimal wait. I ate at their outdoor seating area, which has ample tables & chairs available for customers.

Long wait, the boy who delivers the food was rude, there were no napkins, they do not know how to coordinate the service, I will not return to this place.

I have been a regular customer for a few years now. The food is constantly delicious tasting which keeps me coming back but unfortunately the service doesn’t always match up. Sometimes it’s great but most of the time it’s very mediocre or not good at all. I found another Latin restaurant downtown called Empanada Cookhouse that serves breakfast and lunch as well and it is much cheaper and the service is excellent every single time I return. In fact the owner of that new restaurant voluntarily came out to check on me one day and it made the whole experience so nice! Their prices there are very competitive and you get a lot more for your buck. I never spend over 20 bucks even with tip. I think for now on that will be my new spot for Latin food.

We went for breakfast and had a great time! The vegetarian options were delicious! We had the Carlos‘ Special, the Andino Omelet and another Arepa because they taste so good.

My spouse and I love the food! Had not been in a while but went the last Sunday in September. Service and friendly were not to be found. We sat down for about 10 minutes and still nothing. They were not busy! We left, not because of the poor service and unfriendliness, but the horrible stench of sewer that hits you in the face as soon as you walk in. The smell from the restrooms are and has always been horrible. You have great food, but you do not have to worry about us returning to your establishment. Between the smell and poor to no service was enough to cross this spot off our favorites list.

This place is very stingy with their condiments. That is literally what makes the food taste good at times. It’s like going to McDonald’s and no sauce. Or Whataburger, no ketchup. Very disappointing as this is the 3rd time they do this. We ask for sauces and they give us half empty soufflé cups or none at all. Do better.

Comfort place with easy listening music. Delicious food. Empanadas were excellent. Arepas were great. I loved the rice. My granddaughters plate was very good as well. Only thing I didn't like was the fish. I will remember never to order fish in a place like this.
Waiter took care of it. Bakery has variety to choose from.
