Love the pizzas and the difference from other places yet so good. My bf family loves it and i love it especially that saracha mix just adds that extra flavor 🔥 especially todays deal we enjoyed the buy one get one free and we got our free from our punch card 🙌🏻

I’ve visited this location many times, but the customer service today was unacceptable.

I walked up to the pickup window and pressed the service button. Multiple employees looked directly at me but did not acknowledge me. One employee even pointed and stared several times without saying a word. No greeting, no “one moment,” nothing. I pressed the button again just in case — still ignored.

When an employee finally came to the window, he was rude, so I asked for a manager. The manager was immediately dismissive. I mentioned that I’ve come here many times and we’ve spoken before. His response was: “Yeah, so I don’t know why you’re doing all of this today.”

Instead of addressing the concern, he pointed at a flyer and told me to “leave a review here,” then closed the window.

Basic acknowledgment of customers is standard customer service. This experience was unprofessional, and I’m reconsidering whether I’ll return.

The locking the lobby up and making you sit out on the street is a trip number two is me sitting there watching my pizza get cold on the rack for 20 minutes while I wait on bread to cook is weird

The server at window literally told me I was wasting his time because he didn't have Cheese and Peppers because I chose not to buy just Peppers Rude as hell never go back

The Pineapple Express will change your mind with the pineapple or no pineapple debate on pizza. Normally I would say never, this is THE exception. Their sirancha dip is a MUST. SO good. The garlic parm cheesy bread sticks are an honorable mention in the delicious must try category.

Perfect location.
It’s directly across the street from the South Side Ballroom.
We walked over after our concert. Great that they open late too!
Pizza was great.
Will be back if we have a concert here again.

I have love Zalat since it was first in that little bar near southside, it’s always been great and good quality. Love the style of pizza and everything, obvi sirancha is the best too. I just wish they’d bring back the elote pizza. Miss it so much 😭😭😭
Love the new minis and 9” pizzas tho, perfect for when you’re eating alone!

Banger of a service, on time, and amazing food. My go to pizza place in Dallas. Woman at the Botham branch with the glasses was friendly and helpful.
