I ordered Zato online through their Zing service on their website. Zing driver delivered food to the wrong address and would not answer my calls or texts. Called Zato management to report the issue and they told me that it was not their problem. I understand that accidents happen, but I lost over $70 in food, delivery, fees, and tip. The Zato management had every opportunity to make it right for the customer and refused. Unacceptable and disappointing as a customer. Will not be back to this restaurant.

First time here and I’m very disappointed. We ordered hot green tea which was good and expected but no option for honey was offered nor available. For appetizers we ordered miso soup and soft shell crab. The miso soup was advertised with scallions and tofu. Mine came without the tofu and when I asked the server about it, he wasn’t sure so he said he would ask the kitchen about it. 10 minutes later, I had to ask the server again about the lack of tofu in the miso soup and he apologized and said the menu was incorrect. Now for the soft shell crab. I wasn’t expecting the presentation. It came sliced and unappealing. I tried a piece and it’s was very crunchy but a little fishy. My second bite was my last bite. It was so fishy and chewy and the taste lingered so long. I asked for it to be taken off my bill since it was not good, yet the server kept it on the table. I then asked for the crunchy rainbow roll and chicken teriyaki but both never came. We asked twice for the food to be checked on since every table around us, who came in after us, had received their order. Finally the server came back, apologized for not placing the order and asked what we wanted. We thanked him for the apology but asked for our check instead. They took the soft shell crab off the bill but paid full price for the tofu-less miso soup. Yes, I still tipped but we won’t be going back there.

It's Halal food! I don't think Noddles and Rice were that good, but their rolls are top-notch. Definitely recommend it. We had Rainbow and Volcano roll.Dietary restrictions: It's Halal Food!

I usually have a positive experience when I come into this restaurant location, but tonight was not so pleasant... I went in and asked for a soup with a side of fried rice and stated that I wanted my rice level 3 spicy and the guy who took my order just gave me a little snarky laugh and said that they could not do that considering I've requested it several times before. After going back and forth about it, he finally agreed to do it, but didn't even charge me for fried rice instead he rung up white rice which was not what I asked for. He then proceeded to tell me that I owed more money for it...after I received my order I decided that I wanted to change the whole order to something else instead. He then decided to give me a hard time about changing it and said he was unable to do that because I've already ordered. After all that chaos he then went back to speak to his manager and I finally got it resolved. Overall worst experience ever in this place!

FOOD WAS SO GOOD. I definitely recommend to anyone trying out new Thai food. The sushi and sashimi combo is really good and is a work of art. The rice is super good and I love coming here. The workers are super helpful and nice too.

Ambiance : A casual atmosphere, the place was fully organized, clean and with the different seating arrangement it can carry big partis and small ones.Services. Staff were very quick and friendly. I noticed a few other full tables and lots of takeout orders but still they manage to be fast, efficient and keep our drinks full.Food. The dishes are fresh, have a great flavor and so many options. As you can get a mix of Thai or Sushi. Great in taste, and the size of the meal was acceptable too compared to the prices which is very reasonable in comparison to other Thia halal restaurants.Chicken Pad Thai, Thai herbal chicken and pepper steak are the classic dishes, and I would say they were well done, the food was perfectly prepared and seasoned to please your taste buds. For me, that means anything else on the menu must be that much and more. The orange chicken was tangy and zesty, and the chicken was crispy. The tom yum gai soup was delicious. Loved the Eel with rice bowl. The tuna tower and their sushi were very well received and enjoyed I am guessing from everyone.I will definitely visit again to try more Entrées.
