Zato Thai Cuisine and Sushi Bar

I got the pad woon sen and the noodles were extremely over cooked and mushy. I got very spicy and there was no spice. Did not have a Thai flavor at all. It all seemed to be flavorless just a bunch of mush in my mouth from the noodles.

The Love Me Tender Roll was absolutely swimming in soy sauce and the Rainbow roll was almost 50 percent cream cheese.

I've came here like more than 30times in 8months, before i came by maself like twice in a week.
Here POD THAI WITH SHIRMP's incredibly GREAT!!! If ya like some spicy, fresh veggies i bet you love this place!
The thing's here seats also r comfortable to heal your own day at the end~!! Now me and here woman employee are a bestie. She's always kind to me and all my friends that i take here! She let always share how my life been doing or any topic!

I ordered thai lo mein, pad thai and spicy tuna making roll, all delish and fresh. The lady over the counter was really very helpful and friendly. Above all, its HALAL!!!

I ordered the pad Thai to go. The noodles were not cooked half raw, so tough I couldn’t eat them. I called and they were very gracious to cook me another one, my son went and picked it up “well guess what it was the same half cooked noodles”. Guess I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again on Preston Road.

Chris and On were SOOO amazing! We came in having such a long, terrible day and not only needed food but we needed an atmosphere to lighten us up! Not only was you sushi delicious, but the service was so great! We were able to chat and even tell the chef how beautiful our sushi was! We will be back and be sending anyone we know there to! GO PACK GO! 💚💛💚💛

You have to try this place. We have eaten at the Preston location 3 times, gotten takeout twice, and have not been disappointed! First there is Anh, who is very friendly, funny, helpful, and sweet.

Then there is the Food! Not only is the presentation always on point...but the flavors, oh my. Everything we've had has been great and not only do we leave with our leftovers we also order at least 1 more entree to go because we live over an hour away! A few of our favorite items are: Tom Kha Goong Soup, Thai Herbal Chicken Fried Rice, Garlic Chicken, and Fried Crab Cream Cheese.

I could go on and on...go by Zato on Preston Rd. We go in the afternoon and always have a wonderful time. The only thing missing is you. Please give them a try, I hope that you enjoy your visit as much as we have enjoyed ours.

The food and service are top notch. And the restaurant is impeccably clean and welcoming.
On is THE BEST! She knows us and our usual orders. She goes above and beyond to take care of us and always with kindness and a smile, even when she’s super busy.
Plus, it’s BYOB and there is no corkage fee.
It’s our neighborhood go-to - can’t recommend it highly enough!
