I eat here all the time, as I love Asian cuisine and they aren't too far away. But for the past I'd say 2 years now they have a habit of purposefully letting the phone ring. They do not like to answer and take orders over the phone and will purposefully wait you out. I have been experimenting lately where I've been calling them and staying on the phone for upwards to 30 minutes and then deciding to go to the building while still waiting on a call and the place is damn near empty. They are willingly not answering phones and I don't want to have to drive downtown and pay for parking just to order food it's an expected part of service. I work at a restaurant and I know how annoying phone orders are but it comes with the territory.

Really good place. I ordered Thai food and it was good. Just be aware that the level of spiciness varies depending on the plate you order. One of my friends ordered lvl 3 in her curry and another friend ordered lvl 3 in his noodles plate and his was spicier than hers. The waiter that attended us was really nice! The prices are good too!

This was the downtown Dallas location and the decor on the inside seemed very dark and uninviting. Now I did go on Valentine's day so there was a little wait but they totally forgot my shrimp tempura roll and tried to cover it up and gave me a free bowl of fried rice lol until the roll came but I canceled it. However the price is reasonable and I have had better experiences at the Zenna location in Mesquite and the best so far was in Plano which I will be going back to.

The food was decent but nothing special. The spice level was a lot lower than expected. Asked for a 4 out of 5 and maybe a 2 in most other places. Had sort of a large diner feel.

It was terrible. Happy hour today I think they had the kitchen staff serving because of their short staff. They must not have had any sushi chefs either because the rolls where half thrown together, messy and falling apart. The "Sushi chefs" were laughing and playing around behind the counter. The comedy was the state of the ugly rolls they were sending off. The staff use to be very uniform in appearance but clothes are ragged and ill fitting on some of the staff. Random tshirts etc... Couldn't really tell who worked there and who didn't. Everyone was running around like their heads were cut off. We won't be back.

Not good at all. Ive eaten here once in person and once take-out and it was disappointing each time. Mediocre sushi. And if you get takeout, they just throw the ginger on top of the fish. We ordered nigiri and they completely ruined the fish, it was inedible. Plenty of better sushi places in the area.

The portion size was great and l loved my waitress.Shw made everyone at my table including me feel very welcomed. Bt the only situation l had was that the food was a bit on the salty side other than that everything was superb!

Below average Thai restaurant. The curry was average but the soda tasted terrible, like the machine hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The edamame was disappointing, it was dry and barely salted. I was also given an iced green tea when I asked for green tea, my waitress corrected my order but I was still charged the price of the iced green tea, which is more than the hot green tea.

I ordered for delivery, the sushi rolls were good but the salmon came with a fish spine on the roll. Unfortunately the PadThai was horrific, watery, no flavor, all we could had was one bite and we were starving, ended up eating the yogurt we had on the fridge, honestly, the worst PadThai I ever had.

This location in Downtown Dallas was legit. Great service from Dolly and the food was just awesome and superb.Place could be renovated but the good and service had me in a good.

Cute little fusion place. Love the idea of Thai and Japanese fusion. It's very rare to see something like that for me. We got seated right away. Service was slow after we got our food though. We got tom kha soup, gyozas, teriyaki chicken entree, philadelphia, plano, California and midnight rolls. Was not the cleanest but it wasn't gross enough to mention any specifics other than dust. The Thai food was better than the rolls for me.The waitress did not want to give me a normal soup to go container for the watery teriyaki chicken sauce and kept spilling water/drinks on the table and our plates. My midnight roll have some small fin bones in it but im experienced in eating fish so I noticed right away.

Sadly covid has hit this place hard. No more happy hour, which was the best part of this restaurant. Food is still good though.

Used to be 5 star for happy hour. Another downfallen establishment -blame the pandemic I guess. Service still good. Fried foods are still good. But sushi was whack/inedible (previously frozen aka chewy, poor quality control, unmasked sushi “chef”). Prices went up but that’s to be expected with decline in patrons. Really unfortunate. Happy hour was the main draw. Not anymore.

I am conflicted about this place.. the thai food/appetizers were surprisingly delicious. The sushi was mediocre (don't get unless you're just craving sushi). But the worst part about it was the service.. to the point of inexcusable. We ordered takeout and after placing an online order where our wait time was 20 minutes, we received an email that it would be over an hour long! Still, I understand when places get busy, so I tried calling them. On hold for 45 minutes. This despite me standing in their uncrowded restaurant, speaking to their couldn't-care-less hostesses, and telling them about my bad service for the last 25 minutes of the call. There was just no effort to do anything than the bare minimum.. and even that was a stretch.Like I said, the thai food was the only thing that was salvageable from this experience.
