I really like this place, but this is literally the 3rd time I call to order sushi and they say they don’t have the sushi chef.. disappointing.. I’ll try one more time after this and that will be the last chance.

I'm so incredibly disappointed. Thinking that we were going to have a fantastic meal last weekend, we went to the location only to find the doors locked and no one available. We came to find out the location was closed, even though online order was still available and our money still was taken out. It's been over a week, we've tried calling and tried to get everything taken care of, but no one has been responsive, even after sending receipts and calling multiple times. We've tried to speak to corporate, but even they have been unresponsive. I used to love Zenna, recommended it to friends and regularly ate there because the food is great quality. But after this customer service experience, I will not be going back. They essentially stole money from us and haven't made it right. DO NOT COME HERE.

I’ve called this place several times in different occasions and they NEVER pick up the phone. I’ve even called and been on line with music waiting for 20 minutes still didn’t answer. And yes they were open! I call because the volcano roll got taken off uber eats for some reason and that’s what I like to eat. Super irritating I just wanna be able to order. I can’t even get ahold of anyone.

Love them so much my happy place is real here! Great dishes for everyone to love my favorite is the Tom Kha soup w rice noodles
The service was friendly and quick and the prices for sushi are great! The "lo mein" noodles are literally instant maruchan noodles, which, I mean, I love those so it's not necessarily a bad thing, but still.

I celebrated my graduation earlier this evening in this great place. happy to tell that we enjoyed a outstanding evening and the restaurant was definitely the reason for this outstanding meeting. The waiters cooperated in a very nice manner, the food was yummy and my guests were very cheerful. We shall absolutely return for more celebrations. thanks very much.

I have been frequenting Zenna for quite some time, with varying degrees of satisfaction, but it has always been edible and a go to for myWife and I. Tonight we went and got take out again, it was so disgusting I took 2 bites and threw the entire meal in the trash. My wife drowned hers in soy sauce and crushed red pepper to make it edible. It was flat out terrible, I’m not a fan of throwing money in the trash, but I sure did tonight. What a let down.

WORSTTTTTTT CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON'T COME HERE EVER! For the blond hair hispanic lady that should have been fired. I came to pick up an order and the lady told me it would take 10 minutes. I came back after 10 minutes, she told me another 10. I told her that she told me the same 10 minutes ago and if she could just make sure the order was making. She said: "IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIT, YOU CAN LEAVE" Yes everyone! If you come here, this is the service you will get. You will spend money and tip for this kind of service. I hope the owner sees this review and know that no matter how good your food is, the customer service will be the reason no one will come back. Work on that!
