I ordered online! They called and texted to make sure I would be ok with pepperincini peppers instead of banana peppers and even called to ensure delivery was successful after an issue with Seamless/Grubhub. Food was DELICIOUS! Perfect amount of sauce and not stingy with toppings. This is our new spot!! Word to the wise though DONT USE SEAMLESS/GRUBHUB TO ORDER!! They are horrible with a capital H. Ordering pick up from now on! Rather Uber than use seamless

Very fresh ingredients made for a simply amazing pizza. The fresh dough and high quality cheese definitely stand out. I'm new to Dallas, but this is definitely the best pizza I've had here.Note: at the time of writing the review, the place on the outside does not look the most appealing -- but trust me, it is still worth ordering and trying out

The Hundred Pounder is a damn good pizza. And there’s something unique about the garlic cheese bread, it’s got a tangy component that I absolutely loved. Also great prices!

I feel like the google reviews about this being the best pizza in DFW are fake. Zini’s does not use fresh ingredients including using jarred garlic. It’s not good. My tiramisu tasted okay but it was dripping wet which made it where I didn’t really want to continue eating it. Not a good experience here. The employers were nice.

It’s the best pizza in DFW. Period. Any argument is invalid. You will not find better in Dallas or Fort Worth. I dare you to try. IF you claim to find better pizza, then it’s probably because you’re a liar, your tastebuds are broken, and you probably hate America.Don’t let the outside of the new building fool you, the Pizza is still the same delicious recipe they’ve been using for years, handled with love and care. The garlic cheese bread is what wet dreams are made of and the funnel cake is perfection in a pastry (none of that state fair trash.)Basically, what I’m trying to say is; if you’re tired of subpar pizza and want the best pizza experience you’ve ever had, order Zini’s.

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten! Quality ingredients and they don’t skimp on the portions. You won’t be disappointed!

Guys this place is amazing. Had the tortellini and now the alfredo pizza. High quality and good portions. Just wish it was in a more accessible location but it is worth the travel. So yum!

Had the meat lovers pizza and garlic parm wings. The wings were great...the pizza was out of this world. By far the best pizza in the DFW area! Shout out to my boy Rafael(the chef)!

Despite my past HORRIBLE experiences, Elle made everything OK tonight... glad you guys have found some people who know how southern hospitality works!

This place exemplifies everything that is wrong with the Oak Lawn community. Dilapidated store front? Check. Lazy management? Check. Odd hours? Check. I have been wondering what their secret recipe is to maintaining a steady stream of trash inside and outside of the restaurant. Do they take a full garbage can and sprinkle a bit on the ground each day? Maybe they pay the homeless population to litter exclusively on their lot. Whatever their method is to keeping the place looking like a third world country without a garbage program, it is working. Keep it up Zinis, you are a shining light in the drunken community and really show other stores what they can do if they completely stop caring about their image.

The pizza is good. But the staffing issues continue. Today I ordered a pizza at 6-30. At 7:45 I called to inquire about the status. Was informed they allegedly never received the order though I had the confirmation email, and informed me they did not even have a delivery driver. The incompetence of the people that work at Zini's, on a consistent basis, has solidified this place as a place of last resort for me. It simply is not with the hassle on a consistent basis to deal with such a terribly trained and poorly staffed establishment with so many other great pizza places around.

I personally will NOT be spending anymore of my money at this rude establishment. On 3 separate occasions they have kicked me and a long line of other people out without serving us. Each time the open light was still on, people were in the dining area eating, and there was no sign of them being closed. When asked why are they still letting people in and the open light still on, the guy behind the counter replied "oh I was too busy to cut it off!" Clearly, they are unprofessional, tacky, and do not know how to run a business. As a business owner here's a tip, cut your fucking open sign off and or lock your doors when you are closed. Don't allow some to sit and eat and kick the ones in the line trying to eat out. Perhaps end the night shift at 10pm instead of 2 which is false advertisement for those leaving festivities in the Cedar Springs/Oaklawn area. If you can't handle the demand or the crowds professionally, relocate or offer delivery only after 10PM.
