Zizi serves the best ramen I’ve ever tasted.
I had a chance to try the Tonkatsu at Zizi food stand inside Cali Saigon mall as they are hosting night market during this weekend. They probably served only one kind of ramen at the market. But omg the broth was heavenly flavorful. It tasted just right, rich, and not too salty like many ramen places I’ve tried. Too much sodium is not good for your health and imagine that’s soup so it packs a lot of sodium.
