For desert I highly recommend their very special baklava ice cream. Hosted a group here. The food was great, mimosas were also great. The server was excellent, he could've just used an extra hand with ensuring everyone had water and utensils after her pre-bussed the table. He did a great job with clearing the table, and he was friendly. Maybe if there's a larger party, there should have an assistant to help out the server more.

We came in today after searching for a good, authentic Greek spot for a casual late lunch. We figured after researching this spot considering their reviews are pretty decent and the photos seemed to show the restaurant being modern, super clean with fresh looking food that we couldn’t go wrong.Unfortunately, it was not worth while for us. We did notice in some other reviews, people mention pricing is off and they’re a little pricey for what you get and we couldn’t agree more.Firstly, I ordered a souvlaki salmon dish and we ordered a souvlaki lamb dish. Both were chosen from their lunch special menu. I also, ordered their chicken lemon soup which is a must in Greek culture. Almost every Greek restaurant has a chicken lemon soup that is usually the same (some better some are just okay) regardless, you almost can’t go wrong with ordering this! It was the worst part about my meal. It came out and as it came out, I noticed and smelled so much dairy of some sort… I was so confused considering this isn’t how it’s made or done (culturally or in the states). It’s a straightforward chicken soup sometimes with rice in it and sometimes not and lots of lemon! It came out as if it was chicken and cheese/dairy loaded soup with zero lemon… so I just left it alone. The waitress came to check on us and asked me if I’m enjoying the soup since she saw it’s not being touched and I just asked her if there’s dairy in it and she said, “umm yeah, I think so” so I told her I didn’t enjoy it and she politely took it back.The salmon souvlaki came out and the lamb souvlaki as well and both were just okay. Their side potatoes were warm which made me think they were premade or just sitting there and not consistent with the protein… not worth $24-$25 each.The fact that each dish was $24-$25 for lunch at a restaurant that literally had zero Greek people working there (or cooking), is sort of a joke. You would expect that at a high end or a little nicer, sit down place. And if it’s $24-$25 for lunch, please let it be SO GOOD, so fresh, hot food, with the best quality and service as well. There seemed to be a handful of people working today or at least in the front as soon as you walk in, and most of them were standing around, looking at their phones and I saw a man in the kitchen having a bite as it was an open kitchen so very visible for guests. The service was not terrible for us, but it was not anything special at all.Out of all that Dallas has to offer and definitely the city part of Dallas, there are too many places to be recommended and gone to instead of this restaurant, sadly. The vibe was just not good, the service was not overwhelmingly great, the food was so basic and simple with high prices for what you actually get.
