Fantastic food! I am in town for work and really wanted Greek delivered.I tried Zoës Kitchen and was not disappointed! I ordered 2 kabobs- spicy chicken and steak with pita, quinoa salad & the baked falafel. So freaking good! Can't wait to come back and try more!

I had several issues with my first order I've ever placed here. I called the store the same night, and was told by a staff member they would leave my contact information for the general manager. I did not hear back for 2 1/2 weeks, so I followed up. The general manager, Rachael Lawler, is never on location and is therefore never available. I have been told by each front-of-house staff member at this location that Rachael is the only person with the clearance to issue any refund. She emailed me over a month and a half after my initial contact request and offered me a partial refund on one of my items because she did not understand the details of my order issue and did not follow up when I told her there were multiple issues with my order. This initially happened on March 3, 2021 so I've been ignored by Rachael Lawler for approximately 2 months. Great first impression, Zoe's Kitchen, thanks!

Joe's kitchen is a good place for quick Greek food when you're on the road. I wish I would bring back their free Wi-Fi because I used to do a lot of business lunches there
If I could give led than one star,I WOULD! I ordered Uber and the website order was entirely wrong! When I called Zoe's to find out why I didn't have my greek salad with my SALAD AND FALFEL PLATE, the manager was rude, combative, disgruntled, not polite, not empathetic, refused to give me her name (obviously cause she knew she was being rude and not providing quality service), insisted on not listening, I had to talk over her, she refused to listen, and wasn't trying to resolve the issue. She wouldn't talker ownership of the mistake made at the STORE LEVEL! She placed blamed on Uber when Uber is only a third party to collect the food to be delivered, they so but make the food! This is the WORST STRETCHING AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! The"manager" insured on paying my information to her district to blocks me from canning because she refused to help me! The she mentioned several times that the people she's waiting on,(3ppl) were more important and she didn't have the time to help me!

This site is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. everytime I want to go to a good lunchon, this is the place that comes straightaway to my mind. good and all sorts of food and a rich menu.courteous staff, and good spirit. And very important, the pay is reasonable. I sent my friends to this spot with great pleasure.
