A large group of ladies from my church ate here last Saturday at 4:00. We were able to enjoy the visit, because we could hear each other talk. The service was really very good. I had the Fried Shrimp basket, but substituted grilled veggies for Fr. Fries. They were very flavorful, tender but not mushy, a large amount. I will return the 30 miles to do this again with family. Thanks.

Food sucked cashier asked how everything was i started saying what was wrong she cut me off saying your total is $106 so I paid contacted by email and was told I shouldn't come back to their establishment so we will Never come back Ever Again again just like everyone to do the same since when we showed Place was packed and by the time we received our food there was 2 tables left and our food was Luke warm and our oysters were over cooked

I don’t know who was cooking today but the taco salad I always get was not it… the taco salad was overly salted. Beyond possible consumption…not happy at all. Almost paid $18 for this waste of food.

My wife and I were in the Danbury area and decided to stop to eat at Filipp's Cafe. Their food and service were excellent. If you can't make up your mind what to order, I recommend the turf and surf (ribeye steak and shrimp). Awesome experience!

The wait staff were so sweet. I had fried shrimp and catfish and it was excellent. My husband had chicken fried steak and it was so tender and delicious!
The ribeye was great and I had it twice!!!
