“Let me start by saying, I rarely ever leave reviews… but this place BLEW ME AWAY! My husband and I got the “Jalapeño Popper” and “Make it Cheesy” burgers, and upgraded our fries to the garlic fries. It was all PHENOMENAL and the portions were huge! We ate around 2 and was full through bedtime! Normally burger places are too bland for me, but the meat was perfectly seasoned (I made a point to break off a piece of the meat to try it by itself) and the toppings were great! There’s a lot options on the menu and the owner Angie was really friendly… We will absolutely be back to try more!”

“I had the jalapeno kolache and the blueberry cream cheese thing. The bread on the kolache tasted so delicious. The blueberry cream cheese..... just amazing. I wanted to turn back and grab the other flavor but will have to be some other time. 11/10”

“Small town cafe offering tasty American-style comfort food. Food always arrives hot. Servers should practice the art of friendly engagement with customers; a smile and a warm welcome would be appreciated. Sliding food across the table to a customer is a faux pas that occurred twice during a recent visit. When asked for black pepper, a server stepped to the next occupied table and took the pepper from the table. Removing items from one customer's table to give to another table without any explanation is never acceptable. Stop by, try the food and offer a smile and friendly greeting, maybe you will receive one back.”

“Wonderful dining experience! The flavors were unique and fantastic. Very surprising. Rustic decor, converted old house with original wood floors and antique door. Do not underestimatethe food though. The steak was a little pricey for me so I got the cowboy chicken, but it was so good I will absolutely be back.”

“Coffee shop located within the Catholic Church. It's staffed by amazing volunteers, and the coffee is better and less expensive than Starbucks. The atmosphere is calm and good for study or conversation.”

“Went to drive through at about8:30 am they were kinda busy donuts were not hot but I warmed them and they were very good and we got a dozen and a chocolate milk paid I believe less than 10 bucks... Went to the place across the street and half a dozen was 6 bucks and not nearly as good.. we ate Rocks Donuts and left the others....”

“Ordered Chicken and Waffles w crinkle cut fries. Fries were seasoned perfectly, especially when dipped in their signature sauce. The chicken was moist, tender and delicious, dare I say.....the BEST chicken sandwich of my life! Will definitely be back. Tried all hot sauces and none will disappoint”

“I had came with some friends and they did not disappoint! Everything from the service to the food was just unmatched. One of the waiters recommended a quesadilla and I still think about it till this day. This restaurant is a MUST stop in angleton!”

“The food was good and I liked the presentation of my plate. I ordered the Birra tacos?. Margarita was delicious and hit the spot! We had Mario as a server and he was perfect but his helper was a little annoying. She kept just standing near our table staring. My daughter felt uncomfortable and didn’t want to eat anymore so she got the rest of her food to go. Great night they just need to talk to that lady about hovering over customers.”

“Awesome food and fantastic service. So many options on the menu. When we are feeling romantic or a little like splurging, this is the place. The building is old and Very dim lit...I can barely read the menu in here and there is a LOT of choices. Restrooms are super small one holers. So, the atmosphere is a plus and a minus thus the three stars. Crab cakes are AMAZING ?”

“Creative sushi rolls and pretty ok ramen. Just ok though. The service is always friendly. Is a little small so I tend to order out. Not to big a deal if you like that sort of thing. The specialty rolls are amazing.”

“Runway Cafe has the best hamburgers around. I went with my work buddies at noon and we had a great tasting meal. The service was good and the atmosphere was great as we got to see airplanes land & take off as we waited for our meal. I seemed like a very quick turnaround from the order placed til it was on the table. We will go back. Try the burgers !”

“All the sides were great. Nice owners. Sausage was cut a little thin for my liking but flavor good, ribs a little boney and not much meat. I asked for lean brisket but this fell on deaf ears. Stuffed baked potatoes was awesome. I would return but express my preferences stronger. This place should succeed long term and moving a few blocks over to 521 would most likely ensure that.”

“I ordered a Stromboli and Spegetti and an order of garlic bread via Door Dash. When it arrived, it wasn't in the expected enclosed containers that most resteraunt use when delivering their food. All items arrived on paper plates wrapped by brown paper bags that were soaked in Italian sauce because it all leaked out. I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery from this establishment, but perhaps dine in as the food wasn't that bad, really.”

“We love their cajun food, but mainly go for the beignets. They are soo good. Food is pricey, but it's seafood. As you can see, they are dog friendly if you sit on patio. Only complaint is they are no servers, you order at counter, and they bring you your food. You have to get refills or anything else you may need.”

“I'm a driver of a semi truck, so when after I placed my order, I should have checked it before leaving. They gave me the wrong burger. Could not just turn around and go back, because of appointment times and size of the vehicle. I have to say even though it was not the burger I ordered it was still good.”

“Great little place for breakfast and for lunch. Haven't had dinner there yet, but I'm sure it's just as pleasant. Went for breakfast a few times, most recently with the kiddo, and she got a double yolk for her sunny side up eggs, which was a very welcome surprise as this girl loves eggs.Chicken fried steak is amazing. Fried shrimp are great, too. Fried green beans and fried mushrooms are also a favorite.”
