Guys working here are cool and the atmosphere is good. The pork belly is so yummy!!! Love it. Brisket is also fantastic. They slaw has kale all kinds of great greens in it. I had a Twinkie (jalapeno stuffed with boudin. Over all you will not regret stopping in this small town for this joint! It’s great!
I have never been however googled searched all over Houston for Texas twinkies and this is the only bbq restaurant with them so good job Danbury can’t wait to try yall out
Absolutely delicious!! I got the Cure sandwich and ppl let me tell u do urself a favor and get over to see these ppl and eat some delicious food.

Blowin Smoke TX BBQ Co. is a barbecue restaurant in a small town. The guys working there are cool and the atmosphere is good. The staff is awesome, super friendly, and helpful, offering suggestions on the food and the Texas Flight plate to make sure you get to try a little of everything. The service is very helpful and friendly.
The food is top notch. The pork belly is yummy and the brisket is fantastic. The slaw has kale and all kinds of great greens. The Texas Twinkie is a jalapeno stuffed with boudin. The Texas Flight plate includes brisket, turkey, burnt ends, jalapeño and cheese sausage, regular sausage, chicken, pork ribs, pulled pork, texas twinkie, smoked cheddar mac, beans, brisket fried rice, potatoe salad, and banana pudding. The brisket is moist with the right amount of smoke and rub. The turkey is hard to find a better turkey. Suggested items are the Strawberry glaze pork ribs, brisket fried rice, and the Texas Twinkie. The brisket mac n cheese, BBQ stuffed baked potatoes, and street corn are also loved.
One visit had dry brisket and sides that were not flavorful, and a three meat plate with an appetizer and treat was very pricey. The dining area is nicely done. For authentic Texas-style barbecue, this place is worth the drive.
