We grew up in Angleton but now live out of state. We used to eat at Filipp's a lot. We ate there while visiting and the chicken fried steak was just like we remembered! Was delicious as always. So good to come home to great Texas food!!!
Great little restaurant in a small Texas town with great food and fantastic service. I got the you guessed it, chicken fried steak. The dessert I got was the carrot cake that was wonderful. Big tables and big drink cups is also what I liked too. Never have to ask for refills!
