Food took 15 minutes later than the app had said. Could hear people complaining about their orders taking too long. Lady came in, something about her order being wrong for the third time so she canceled her order. People kept being told their order isn't ready, I assume they ordered on the app like myself. The food was great tho, they just need to work on getting the food out on time.

The pizza was good but there was an employee there that was extremely rude. My little boy has ADHD and he was a little out of control. I was trying to get him to behave and she thought it was her business to.come throw an armfull of cookies onto the counter at him. Then when our was done she wouldn't bring it to us. She needs mind her business. She has no idea what is going on with her customers.

I have been to the little Caesars to get a hot and ready pizza. They tell me that it will be 15 to 20 minutes to get it. How can it be a hot and ready if I have to wait ? Also the last time I went and ordered one it was so spicy it was uneatable. I tried to contact them store they never picked up the phone. I will never ever go back to them store in Dayton Texas. The manager is so rude to people.

Plenty of parking. Not enough staff.Manager ignores you when called, does not acknowledge you. At least a give me one minute ,I will be right with you, nothing.When mentioned I needed to place an order. Looked like a deer in the headlights. Took order and did ask for name to put with my order but did not give me receipt and walked away. I reached over counter and took it myself. It looked like only 4 employees all together including mgr or shift lead. People have been waiting over an hour. No place to sit and wait. Unless you go back to your vehicle but then you are chancing it without a receipt.Pizza is awesome, it speaks for itself. Customer service is horrible, then you ask if we want to tip. Yes, you need to hire more Staff and work accordingly on those busiest days.I will not stop purchasing your pizza. I just wish we can eat it with the stress and anxiety of having to wait an hour or more for it.Merry Christmas.Parking: Plenty of parking.
