Little Caesars Pizza can be a bit slow with orders sometimes, causing delays. There are reports of wrong orders and some rude employees, but management tries to make it right. It's best to order ahead due to being always busy. Despite some issues, the food is great, and ordering through the app is recommended for a smoother experience. Customers have noted that the service can surprise them positively, with some mentioning amazing service and helpful staff. The Cheezy Bread has received high praise, being called the best they have had from Little Caesars nationwide. While there may be occasional issues with seasoning, the overall experience can be enjoyable, especially with attentive employees who are willing to assist with order changes.
